keep em coming jung! this ones looking damn nice, gotta try that food coloring in futures trick...hecka cheaper than tamiya clears. hey, just curious what do you use as thinner to get futures out of your airbrush? i noticed its a lot thicker than the other paints i use(tamiya, gunze sangyo) and as it dries it dries in strands that look like hair.

i wonder if anyone in the world bought that purple one, lol. i bet if they did they would be the only one to won it. thsi will be a very rare and expensive piece in the future

another fan here. me and my roomate were actually doing accurate translations for that series. compiled scripts for the first 5 episodes. it seems like the project is grounded though, havn't heard from the subtitler in awhile dunno if there names are changed but thelonewold and valkyrie from the old boards were a part of the effort. and i remember ole milkman was there supporting the whole way =D

the top of the chest comes off to reveal the intake detail inside. the panel has a flat magnet glued on the inside (the black part) and attaches to the chest VIA metal contacts in the form of cut paperclips. you can see it in the pic below

i could have just left the chest as is. but then i thought to myself "what would xstoys do?" when you look into the chest vents you can actually see the round intake. i stole the intake from a 1/48 f-14 tomcat kit

here's my most current progress. the chest panels aren't in place yet so it looks crooked, i just half-assed it all together for a picture. edit in-for panels i used a similar technique master engineer fulcy used on his vf-1ag. anyone remember that? it got lost in yamato threads but it kicked some ass
