Yes, dip switches on left, batteries on both
I pulled the batteries out from under the LH armpit. Are you saying there are more batteries on the right?

Isn't the battery compartment under the right arm and the activation switches under the left arm? I forget since I haven't messed with it in awhile.
Switches are under the LH arm. I didn't check the other side. BRB.

I’m not sure how I feel about this Reideen. I’m getting an Egyptian samurai vibe with this one and I can’t tell if that’s a good thing or not. I already have an over stylized Fewture version and would prefer to see a new release that looks closer to the original version with some infinitism elements added to it to modernize it a bit.
Fewture is the benchmark if you're not going for anime accuracy. IMO you already have the best.

On each side under his arm(pits) there are removable panels to access the button cells. On the the display base the ground lighting have access panels on the bottom for housing AAA's.
I found the switches for the lights under the armpits. Didn't find the actual batteries.

I hope you got these for a fair price. The aftermarket costs for these are insane.
I got the NU with the Fin/Funnels all in one purchase. $3000. Which is actually pretty far below market value. And I didn't pay.....my wife got it for my birthday.

Ok my Metal Structure peeps........where are the batteries on/in this thing (I swear the directions don't show)? I want to make sure they're not in there (I don't like leaving batteries in).

The loading up on stereotypes comment isn't about Fennec being the lead character... its about the rest of the stuff I shoved in on what shouldn't be in a Fennec led show.
I was diggin what you were plantin.
Disney has been a cereal "box checker". I don't think even with a female led series that they could help themselves and would check as many boxes as they could before their #2 pencil wore out. I.E., shameless and transparent pandering that ruins the content because it's so obvious. They kill everything organic.

My Metal Structure NU with Fin/Funnels gets delivered in the next few hours. From what I have heard the Fin/Funnels are pretty fiddly. I just looked for a YouTube video with a how too ...... and didn't come up with anything good. Does anyone have a go to? I want to be armed as well as I can be.
Thanks!

Here's a picture of what I'm talking about:
You can see to the left that the grip of the gun is a big U and the back of that U lands right where the forearm is. On the right you can see that this means the gun must be angled away from where the hand points because of the conflict of the grip and the forearm. Imagine shooting a gun that was always point 20 degrees off from where you pointed. I suppose a Valkyrie could automatically compensate for this but I just wanted to confirm I wasn't missing something or doing something wrong. It's a left/right issue so the downward sloped hand doesn't change it.
Jeez. The AX is the gift that keeps on giving.........I'm glad I got two.......and PO'd Mirage.
