Well just got up it's Christmas eve and found it wasn't a dream after all. It's going to be so nice to have a collection in one scale. I wont be getting rid of my 1/48 as if they are a dead line as the G-Man said then they should be very collectable as once production stops where else are you going to get a 1/48 scale. Don't you guy's think that the 1/48 will one day be valuble regardless of the new 1/60. If the 1/48 line is finished then they will be even more collectable than ever before.

If you look at the scans close is it my eyes or if you prop the nose to be level as in-flight do those skulls look crooked or is just me.

We might get 1/60 Minmay Guards, now that would make a nice Limited Edition...hint hint Yamato.

I'm with you there, I was really hopeing for something really spectacular but I just can't bring myself to like these. But your right that there is plenty of yammies that I still want and not getting these make purchasing the 21 easier, need that for my M+ collection so I'm not concerned. I'll build a Hasegawa VF-1S strike battroid and make up some 25th anniversary decals. PeteB's VF-4 came up a treat and really looks like an anniversary piece.

I can't beleave that they kept the miss spelling, I can't spell for sh#t and I picked it up on the first pic's and they couldn't be bothered fixing it. That's a big turn off on the 19, not that I'm getting these anyway as I don't like the colour scheme, but really Yamato could have got a spell checker. If I did get any it would have to be the VF-1S anyway as the 19 just doesn't seem to fit with the 25th anniversary IMO. Now someone needs to make a correctly spelled decal for the 19 to replace the engrish. Pretty poor QC for such and expensive collectable considering it was printed right under their noses, this fault should have been corrected on the prototype.................Yamato what the hell are you doing?

So far it looks like the only SDF-1 is the 1/8000 scale, would love a larger scale.

Well this is great new's from Bandai, no more having to look at people trying to sell a VF-2SS for over $60.00 and VF's for $45.00 plus, this is great. As for collectores that get mad about re-issues they should be smarter as Bandai re-issues everything they can I if I had a company like Bandai I'd do the same. The Bandai models may not be state of the art but they are classics. I wonder how many collectors got their nose out of joint at Hasegawa for re-issueing the SV-51 with twin boosters and the VF-0A/S with Ghost and they are marked as limited editions. I'm just glad that all those people who ask stupid inflated prices for these kit's (Ebay sellers mainly) will end up stuck with models that they more than likely paid twice the price for.

Just manage to have a look sqidd and it's very good, sure you may have some more to do on it but I enjoyed looking over the site. Great Work!

Soory to burst your bubble sqidd but I had to say something, lucky for me it was a $30.00 item but I can see someone getting screwed with a valk sooner or later. I just posted in the MW blacklist, but I was thinking that he might not do you over because you spend so much money with him? I never beleive the Feedback it's a crap system as if you leave bad feedback you'll get bad feedback in return. If the sellers did what they are supposed to and leave it first after you pay then it would work but they wait for you to get the item and if you leave bad feedback they do the same. Yeah great seller they just screwed me for a HCM Pro gundam, sent me a use figure with parts missing, the box has been resealed three times with the amount of tape on one end and wont answer any email at all, even if I ask a question through one of his current products. I was almost going to buy some macross items from them, lucky I said almost. They SUCK, IMHO.

M.A.S.K that bring's back a lot of memories, I haven't seen that intro in over 15 years and it still rocks. Where's my Yamato Thunderhawk or switchblade now that would be some cool collectables. Hmm..... I miss my MASK toy's.

If that's them in the pic miriya posted then I'll be happy, there's a place in my collection for non-transforming figures.

Well I voted yes, maybe a couple of weeks ago I wouldn't have really cared but this week I recieved two items advertised as new and have been opened. First was a revoltech VF-1A, bags opened and retaped and the secound was a HCM Pro gundam, that came with an anckle guard missing and the box had three pieces of tape over one end so it's been opened more than once. I hate buying other peoples warranty claims.

I'd love to see a Dobber style SV-51 in those colours, arctic camo rocks.

Well looks like there are plenty of fold boosters around. Happy if that is the release date my wallet has taken a bashing lately.

The M&M versions are the ones I've been thinking of getting and Hikaru's 1J, they seem to look OK and I'd have them in fighter or battroid so I guess I should get them. Thanks misterryno.

I guess the toynami are a little bigger for the transformation, it's also hard to scale when it's true to lineart as amine magic must be scales worst enemy. By the way misterryno what's your opinion on the toynami's, you've owned/own quite a few different valk toy's, I just still can't make up my mind if I want to go down the toynami road.
