  1. Now all of a sudden, all my VF-1 ver 2's will look like pieces of sh¡t compared to your custom
  2. Wow, two pages since yesterday made me believe there were more news So for the uninformed: The pic from the OP which is an annoucement from ARCADIA shows a CAD image of a 1/60 VF-1 ver 2 transformable Yamato with the 30th anniversary scheme. It is not written in the article but it strongly implies ARCADIA secured the molds from the 1/60 VF-1 ver 2 Yamato. Waiting for the official annoucement
  3. Plus: 1/60 Phalanx 1/60 Glaug 1/60 N-Ger 1/60 VF-5000 1/60 VF-3000 1/60 renewal VF-0 1/60 renewal SV-51 and many others!!!
  4. 1/60 for me please!!!
  5. I'll buy this to show some support!!
  6. Exactly, the first image from the OP (Hyper Hobby mag) is a 1/60 VF-1J ver 2. A publication showing info from Arcadia + a 1/60 ver 2 is very promising!
  7. The Dengeki Hobby VF-1 is the hasegawa model but the first picture you posted is a 1/60 VF-1 SO THERE IS HOPE!!! Look at the hook from the back pack (to use it in battroid mode), the articulated ventral fins, it's clearly a 1/60 ver 2
  8. Hope this helps! (Scans courtesy from www.mech9.com)
  9. Hehe you have a point! I tried to establish (with my poor English) the often discused difference between bandai and yamato, where yamato valks have a sort of model kit approach.
  10. I know that the same team developed the VF-17 and the VF-171 You can have two different companies using the same team to develop a product, but each company can ask for different specs for such product (tolerances, fit, finish, materials used). The VF-171 has tighter articulation and locks togheter better than the VF-17, but the VF-17 has a smoother sculpt, better fit and finish. Bandai VF's look more toyish than Yamatos VF's.
  11. Wow, this is on another whole level of awesome!
  12. Same here. Bandai has a different approach than yamato had, when it comes to macross toys. I want Arcadia with the same design team that brought us the 1/60 VF-1 ver 2, the VF-19, the VF-17, the 1/3000 SDF-1, and the VF-4, period.
  13. It's shaping up to be a great project!!! Will patiently wait for the updates!
  14. Yes, it's looking good so far!!
  15. Macross: 1. $700 1/55 Super VF-1S (back in the day). 2. $450 (one of my two) 1/60 HDP Regult. Non Macross: 1. $1050 (all six installments including shipping) 1/32 Moscato's Legioss.
  16. Now that's a gorgeous VF-19P!!!
  17. Same here!!
  18. My only experience with NY is the two 1/60 VF-4G's I got through them and they are flawless. That's two yammies with no QC at all.
  19. Impecable atención a los detalles. Este paso a paso es un excelente tutorial para los que somos amateurs.
  20. Have the first issue YF-19 and the shoulders are still intact. It's great that VF5SS is provinding us with replacements!!
  21. Missed HLJ again!!! Bought another 1/60 VF-17S instead.
  22. +1 But the biggest loss is having a company like Yamato that was bold enough to design and release something like the VF-4, the 1/3000 SDF-1, the VF-19, the VF-17, the VF-1 ver 2. If Arcadia continues with the 1/60 line will they try obscure valks like the VF-5000, VF-3000, VF-9 and others? Yamato was the best that happened to the Macross toys fanbase.
  23. Awesome!!! Post pics full of valks!!
