    But if you need all the brain functions you can cut all the arms and legs off from the plugged humans. If they can't move they can't rebel.

    Well the Evolution Toys Legioss has a similar shoulder joint, it's metal and ratcheted, and despite ET's not so great build quality it holds poses and so far no breakages. I guess if Sentinel chooses the right materials and the joint has the right tolerances, it should be fine.

    I think there is a big chance that Bandai will sell the GBP bundled with a grey goggle 1J Yamato did that back in the day. That's how I ended up with two 1J's. Can't exactly remember when, but we had to wait months, if not more than a year before Yamato decided to sell the armor as an add on. I'll be extremely pissed if Bandai only sells the GBP bundled. I don't need/wan't to pay for an extra 1J.

    Thank you guys for the replies!!! @Mommar @Seto Kaiba crystal clear answer!!! @Bolt I've heard the news about the renewal but we haven't read the actual/official agreement on paper yet. A HG anouncememt at a comic convention means nothing to me.

    Yes, those are the CM's sets. CM's took a lot of design liberties with the Legioss. The Tread is much more faithful to the lineart. They are very well built, you can drop them and nothing will break. But as Mog said they do have some design flaws. The Legioss has not a single peg to connect arms and legs when in fighter mode. The connection between the Legioss and Tread also sucks. But as separate figures (in armo-soldier mode) they are pretty solid and get the job done.

    Sorry, but I have to ask the stupid questions, since I have not been following all the licence/copyright/trademark renewal. Can HG make a RT LA and use the SDF Macross designs? Story, kite, VF's, etc? What has HG exactly renewed?

    I'm still not liking the proportions The head is too big like the shoulders, the forearms are short. The torso is also big and the legs on the short side. I looks very well build, and being a Sentinel product it's guaranteed being a quality product. But I'm still not sold on the proportions.
