  1. More pics, again sorry for the quality
  2. Here's a comparison pic with a 1/60 VF-1, sorry for the quality but it was taken with poor lighting
  3. The only parts that yellowed on my Hikaru VF-1A are the srew covers and hands, the rest is white as can be. All the other VF's have no sign of yellowing. I started October 2001 with the 1/60 series, so far so good Hikaru's VF-1A is the only white VF, the rest are greyish white.
  4. Same here
  5. Just a quick picture, will add better ones later!!
  6. Got mine today!! It's really gigantic I don't have the two right hinge problem No stress marks at all, just the wings a little bit on the loose side. I'm inclined to give it almost a ten in my book.

    Graham's Sig

Yeah, and what about the GBP armor???? I think I'm one of the few who likes the 1/60 VF-1's (own every single 1/60 release). That doesn't mean I'm against revised versions
  8. Doesn't the CA glue melt the joints a little bit after it penetrates through capillary action?? Mine should arrive tomorrow but I'll wait and see if it's tight enough before taking any action.
  9. Thanks for all the pics!!! Makes it easier waiting until my SV-51 arrives
  10. Yeah, I'm in a desperate need to see new scans showing other angles of the YF-21!!!
  11. Couldn't agree more with you!!!
  12. Your right Gene, but we shouldn't give Yamato the idea they can charge more for it Always wanted an all black valk. This one is factory black, which means I don't have to paint it and it's a VF-1S!!! I refuse to pay more than the typical valk, and I know we won't
  13. I hear you!!! I'll buy the VF-1S and I'll strip the gold paint off. I want a totally black VF-1 like the credit card exclusive
  14. I'll get the VF-1S. I want a black VF-1S!!! With no markings. I'm wondering how hard it will be to remove the gold markings? (sorry but they look awful)
  15. Got mail from Ken that mine shipped the 28th!!!! Should be receiving this beauty early next week
  16. Thank you so much for all the pictures. It's going to be a long wait till I get mine in my hands!! It really is big
  17. Yessssssss!!!!! At last it hit the street. Can't wait to receive mine.
  18. Be sure to post a lot of pics
  19. I agree that those are damn nice pictures!!!
  20. The Yamato 1/48 VF-1S head is the winner, followed closely by the Hasegawa 1/72 VF-1S battroid.
  21. Yeah, we have the VF-17 covered, and with the demo/export/special edition of the VF-X-2 we could also get the VF-5000
  22. I don't know if I like this paint scheme Guess it will grow on me.
  23. Yeah, the wait is killing me too But it's going to be worth it.
  24. I don't think the SV-51 had some bugs. Yamato is probably being extra careful working everything out. Stay positive, it's going to be a great toy
  25. Looking very good!!!
