  1. I'll make the inevitable question... Define very underwhelming
  2. Got mine!!! What can I say? The kit is awesome!!! It's going to be a lot of fun to build
  3. Completely agree with you!!! I'm not gonna pose it with the landing gears deployed, I never do, so it's not a deal breaker to me But I can understand that some fans are expecting some degree of realism compared to a real fighter and to the lineart
  4. Maybe I'm too extreme... But with those short rear landing gears, how is the VF-25 supposed to land without crashing the feet/thrusters??? You'd have to land parallel to the ground Seriously, those gears are an abomination, as I said earlier in this thread, they remind me of the 1/72 Mac Plus Yamato valks.
  5. Minor, but GREAT update!!! Top notch as usual
  6. Yes, it's molded in color and it's snap fit too!!! And yes, it looks better than the 1/60
  7. I've never had any problems with my Yammies either. The only casualty is one cracked VF-0A shoulder.
  8. It reminds me of the 1/72 Yamato Mac Plus valks Yamato has spoiled us with the level of detail, Bandai should do better!!!
  9. Gerwalk mode looks really good and I like fighter too!!! I have the impresion that the thighs are skinnier, maybe the legs were slightly retooled??
  10. Quick pic with poor lighting
  11. The new VF-1A has white head laser. And it's the best VF-1A head representation to date IMO!!!
  12. It's Rob, aka "Fulcy" He also modified the v1 1/60 VF-1 so it could have a built in heatshield. Rob, where are you???
  13. Let me repeat it with you: Yamato really ought to make a 1/60 PT VF-4!!!
  14. Normally I'm a lineart accuracy nazi, but Yamato's 1/24 AV-98 Ingram Unit interpretation is the awesome!!! in this case, I like the liberties taken. can't wait for it.
  15. +1 The SW-XAI Schneeblume is my favourite variable fighter!!! It's a stealth shaped VF-1 If it wasn't part of the advanced program from the 2040's, it could have been the testbed for the VF-1 in Macross Zero. Actually the VF-0 has many similar details.
  16. Had my VF-1A for two days and it's perfect!!! The shoulders are not as stiff as the VF-1S, so there's less tension. By the way my VF-1S is holding fine
  17. Yes, they must make the VF-171, but I also want >Yamato to make the VF-17!!!
  18. Yes to fighter mode but I'd like enemy mecha and destroids too!!!
  19. I've had my VF-1S Strike for a month and after repeated transformations it's holding fine!!! No cracks at any of the two shoulder hinges. I always secure the hinges when posing the arms
  20. QFT!!! The Bandai 1/100 might turn out good, but the 1/60 VF-0 is beautiful as can be
  21. You're the man!! Thank you, I had lost that link!!! Saved to favorites folder again
  22. Thanks for the pics!! It's looking great.
