  1. These are final product pics. They are resin kits, not actual toys. Very cool kits by the way.
  2. +1 The important news is that soon enough we'll have this new Master File in our hands. Can't remember how long since I preordered this book!!!
  3. You're right, Exo published Tochiro's news!!! And yes, shutting down one division will have some sort of impact on the others.
  4. We just need the VF-4G to replicate this formation
  5. If you want to see pictures of the actual product, not the ones published by Yamato, then I can't help cause I didn't get them. I can show you pics of FockerĀ“s weathered VF-1S (has the same weathering aproach) Hikaru's VF-1S has shading but no pannel lines.
  6. I know how you feel cause it's like Yamato is pricing some people out with each subsequent new release. But the VF-4G deserves to be in everyones collection. We all have to start saving a few dollars here and there.
  7. Macrossworld front page Exo is informing that GA Graphic's website is shutting down at the end of this month. The master file publications will continue though.
  8. Well I'd try to buy your VF-1S/A in 1/32. One could buy each month the different components, I mean buying it in different insatllments, like we're doing with John's 1/32 Legioss. I must add that your VF-1 is becoming the DEFINITE VF-1. Kawamory would be proud, the student is surpassing the teacher!!
  9. The fiddly cockpit is the only aspect of this toy that can shave half a point in the QC/design department. But i use a piece of paper tape aroung the grey recessed piece and end of the story I concur, it's an excellent product.
  10. I'm in the, make a renewal camp for the VF-27!! Although fighter is okay, the shape of the nosecone could be resculpetd (the model kit has better angle, shape and proportions), gerwalk needs better knee joints that allow for a better "nose down" stance, and battroid as others said, is completely wrong around the waist area. So, bring on a new VF-27.
  11. Yes, I'll get this bird no matter what scheme. Too beautiful bird to pass. One could pretend it's from another squadron
  12. Pushed back to August
  13. That's the SW-XAI Schneeblume, part of the advanced experimental fighter programme. It shares a lot of similarities with the VF-0 (arms, legs, feet) that Kawamori chose as the predecessor of the VF-1. I wished this one was the VF-1 predecessor in Macross Zero, but in the macross timeline it was developed to replace the VF-17 (although Kawamori itself stated it's not part of the official chronology for now). The model kit from the magazine is 1/100 and made by IHP. IHP later became Liquid Stone (they developed a variable 1/100 YF-19 that was sold two or three times at Wonderfest) The IHP/Liquid Stone 1/100 YF-19 is the same (or almost!) as the one offered by the guys at Experten. Perhaps a member that knows better than me or can read Japanese, could tell you if Experten has anything to do wirth IHP or Liquid Stone. I've been looking for that 1/100 IHP Schneeblume for ages!!!
  14. I finally received this past Saturday, the GFF Metal Composite RX-0 Unicorn Gundam (Prism Coating ver). What an awesome figure!!! Smooth transformation between Unicorn mode and Destroid mode, everything stays together unlike the reviews I've seen from the Master Grade. The paint application is perfect, not a single flaw and it's full of tampo printed markings all over the suit since it's a Katoki design. It has a nice tight articulation, only limited by the disign itself (knees bend only 90 degrees). Bandai really needs to continue this line. Full Frontal's Sinanju please?

    DX VF-25G

I'll try to get it through HLJ paying MSRP.
  16. I guess this is the right answer. If they received less preorders than valks and super parts produced, it's a better strategy trying to sell them separately. A lot of VF-17S owners may buy the super parts. They just need to produce new boxes for the actual stock of VF-17D and super parts.
  17. Asked Nippon-Yasan if they're going to carry the VF-4, their reply: Hello and thank you for your email! This product will be available in our website but we can't tell you when and the price for the moment. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us! Takuya from Nippon-Yasan
  18. Great news!!! Thanks John!!!
  19. Can't wait seeing it finished, it will look great!!!!
  20. What's wrong with you people??? First kermit the tomahawk frog, now this!!!
  21. Not sure yet if I'll try to get it.
  22. Yes, that's what I meant, the lower legs have side to side motion. When you dislodge the leg and go from fighter to gerwalk, the lower leg is not totally aligned with the upper leg. Check collection's DX video around 8:08 and you'll see what I mean. When you go back to fighter you are probably forgetting this step. Soory for my poor English, but the video is self explanatory
  23. Are you pushing the lower leg sideways one click at the knee? Remember you have to collapse the lower leg but also push the leg mechanism (at the knee) to one side making the lower leg sit higher in fighter mode.
  24. Those tail fins are Swoosh's own custom creation.
