If your dail-up is using another ISP; a different internet connection account. Get the traceroute result from your PC to www.macrossworld.com while you are connected to router/cable connection. Forward them to your cable provider the traceroute result. *Note : To get traceroute result in MacOS or Linux, type "traceroute www.macrossworld.com" in the command terminal.
