Finally! Been waiting for this one. I must admit the transformation on this one is more logical than Arcadia's. Thanks erikos0311! Check around 1:32 onwards, he snaps back a neck cover. I assumed there's an extra cover besides the one attached to the shield. Pachinko music. Or Family Computer game music. Overall, I like the transformation sequence. Seeing it has the high speed mode on its wings, I'm interested to see that mode while the Advance pack boosters are attached. It will look awesome for sure. As for the small wings in the canard, I know it folds towards the back based on the video, I do hope that it can also be folded towards the front for YF-19 configuration. That's it. After seeing the video, I'm just glad I'm getting two. So don't fail me, HLJ for my extra copy.

Here's what I'm thinking. I don't want this to be another case of that recent released Megahouse Orguss. Some of the members doesn't want to buy it because of the price. And I was holding back too on another set. Coz I was hoping to buy two of them. But when I got the figure, I'm so happy that it's all good. Didn't expect to be great coming from Megahouse due to their early releases of transforming toys. But this one is a superb release. After that, I tried to find another one, hoping that it will have the same SRP price, but some shops is asking me more than that. The rest is already in YJA. And I don't want to pay more. I just rather wait if ever there's going to be an Olson one. If not, I'm just happy to have one. Hopefully, this release will not be the same case. Coz we're just basing everything from the photos released by Evolution Toys. I'm guessing only a handful of people will buy this toy. And later, if we find out that the figure is great from reviews, let's just hope that it will still be affordable afterwards.

You shouldn't blame Bandai for that. They never do such a thing. Hahaha! Kidding aside, all Valkyrie units have their own make and histories. Unit A went and upgraded as Unit B. In example, YF-21. It was upgraded to VF-22. Same thing with YF-19. It was mass produced and called as VF-19A. But still keeping the name 'Excalibur'. Now why Isamu's VF-19 looks like YF-19? Since the mass produced VF-19 were identical to YF-19 physically, Isamu kept his signature colors on his VF-19A unit. In which in Macross F, it was now called VF-19 Advance (Isamu Custom).
