The underbelly up to the crotch plate are sleek. Anyways, no other comments yet from any other site on how's the swivel thigh joints for Gerwalk mode?

Does this mean there will be a new separate option parts, added parts to cover those hole, or it will be integrated/attached in the chest area of the VF-0A? Hope they will include something for the VF-0D.

Just tried if ARMORED GERWALK is possible... Too bad I can't use the Shoulder Missle Pods without folding the wings at the back. But I admit, it looks awesome.

That's why I posted the pic that the blogger is showing for that swivel thigh joint. This is the first time I believe Bandai did it to their DX Valks. All their releases somehow has a bending thigh joint while the swivel left to right were done by the knee joint. But with this release, the swivel can be done from the thigh joint itself. So that's the thing. They remove the swivel joint like the ones in Arcadia and put it on the thigh joint instead. Look again on those photos. There's no photos in Gerwalk mode in A-stance mode in where the swivel comes from the knee. So basically, our concern will be is on the thigh joint. We just need to be glad if that joint will hold for awhile. I have a feeling that joint will be the fragile one. Unless it's diecast. Yup, HLJ shipped mine too. Yeah, that's what I thought too. Hope it will last. And knowing that Kawamori supervised both designs. I guess, Bandai paid some royalties there.

Just wondering. Should we be concern with the folding thigh joint? I asked a co-worker for this note from the site posted above: 但雞腳MODE有個問題, 不知為何要把迴旋關節做在這個位置.... 雖然也做到八字腳, 但跟舊YAMATO比起來感覺奇怪了點... But there is a problem with 'chicken feet' structure. I do not know why they use the moving joint in this position. Although it can do spread feet, but feels weird compared with the old YAMATO model.

I just realized that my NY order will be here in a week or two since I forgot I choose ECO Registered with them. And paid for HLJ as well. That one will be here first since it's on EMS. Can't wait to see it. Congrats everyone!

Wow, I didn't know that there was a different problems with the 171Ex. Is there a fix for the thigh part as of now?
