Noooo!!! No clown hands for this guy. What is this? 1980's? Hahaha! I can't remember too if the hands can be pulled from the recent VF-0 figures. But... maybe... that's the reason why for a bundle release? Additional new hands?

I understand the frustrations created by Arcadia when it comes to tampo prints. I, too, get frustrated about this multiple of times now. But yet, still here I am buying their releases once in awhile. It's true that the only solution to this probably if the whole customers will boycott them and stop purchasing their products. But that's not the case here. Most people are hungry for good Macross product and even though Arcadia's releases are hits and misses due to QC defects, loose joints, missed tampo prints, etc., people still buy them since there's no other company that makes the same size as what Arcadia produces. To be honest, 1/60 scale is really a good size for a transforming Macross toy. I know Mr.K already posted on their blog before regarding their price increase. And the reason why there's few tampo prints. I remember he said that he wants people to have freedom to customize their own toy. Hence the multiple U.N.Spacy, Navy, etc. stickers on recent VF-0 releases. I know it's bull**** excuse, but what can we do? It's either we don't buy their releases. But wait... is there a different company who's making a VF-0D? See the catch here? I mean, they got us hooked. But it's really up to us if we're going to continue buying their toys or not. We can keep on bashing them all day and all night. But I don't think they're going to listen to us 100%. And I don't think they care. Esp to us, foreign customers. Also, regarding some of the tampos they show on the promotional images? Some of them are the stickers that comes with the toy itself. Only few are tampoed. And it's not the same as what Yamato used to do before. Anyways, don't think of me as pro-Arcadia or whatever. I'm only just a regular Macross Valk collector.

I don't mind the extra cost as long that the hands will look nice when he's wearing the Reactive Armor. Yeah, I agree that the line art is too narrow to compare to the actual toy. And besides, since when does the Macross toy ever get 101% accurate on the line art? I agree also on the shoulder missile pods, it's too big. I think the correct size probably is the Hasegawa kit.

Have you tried asking the podcast people?
-
I don't advise it. But... 'probably' ok if you'll just remove those arm bars and just use only the base. So basically, removing all the arms. Since the base is more sturdier than the arms itself.

Looks awesome on the Gerwalk mode. But that Battroid 3/4 angle is kinda deceiving. I have a feeling that this will be skinny in the torso area. Probably skinnier than YF/VF-19 'T' body. But I like the bulkiness of the legs. And I prefer the Anubis head than the Pope head.
-
Did you check the neck too? FYI, the first release have crooked head (more tilted on one side) in Battroid mode.
-
I'll do the same, only IF... the other store also carries your 5 non-Macross items too.
-
Thanks. Though the one that I have with broken ankle joints, the feet's engine blade pops out after awhile.

Bandai will probably give us two sets of wings ala-VF-171 and two sets of fins/shields ala-Unicorn Gundam's horn. I think it's safer to have those than having the foldging hinges gets broken over time. Just saying. Also, the Draken's battroid head reminds me of Anubis. Nice touch.

Hey Seti. Somehow the link you posted is giving an error page when clicked. Here's the fixed one. http://ameblo.jp/arcadiaac/entry-12154839006.html But yeah, looks like it's ready to get pounded in a hockey game. Hehehe. Another thing I noticed, it seems when in armor mode, looks like it needs a 'bigger' hands somehow.

If that one gets released in the next few months... what will I do now with my 2 Arcadia Hikarus then? But then again, I would love to get two of those if ever. I think the Strike/Super Packs are the reason why most people are getting this bundle.

Bandai is probably a big fan of Ambigrams.

That's good to know. HLJ is always been nice. But... isn't that Owen Wilson's brother? I hope that's the case for May restocking to correct the first re-runs. It's going to be funny if the May restocking also will have the SWS markings.

He was in Kick-Ass, Stardust, John Carter, Robin Hood, Body of Lies, among others. This movie looks interesting. But I have to agree on The Martian remark too.

Hey David. My 0S looks fine now. I just did the second one on your list which is just extending the hip joint a little bit. Thanks for that. It's just weird to pull that since I never pulled those hip extender joints to begin with. But now it look all flushed now in fighter mode.

I do hope they fulfill it since now it says Discontinued rather than Order Stop which it was a couple of days ago. Wouldn't hurt to email them and ask.

10 to 1 says it's still going to be a sticker.

Basically, they're asking the customers to fill out the online form and send back the error part to their Support Center up to July 2016. They will start to ship correct part by May. Good thing Bandai is taking care of this. Too bad though if this is only applicable to Japan residents. I think for people who ordered this outside Japan to try and contact the online stores if they're able to help you get replaced the shoulder part.
