So would that mean Bandai is now going to re-release the Fold Booster as a set for both YF-19 and YF-21 seeing that strut components are included in the YF-21's product item list? Probably we can expect an announcement after YF-21's preorder date?
-
You forgot about the nosecone. Is this still part of a notion where we're still hoping that it can be done? A perfect transformation of an anime-accurate YF-21?
-
David, don't. Because you'll start noticing how different Bandai's toy is to the OAV that you might end up cancelling your preorder.

Yes. And aside from inflation, higher material and production costs factors as well. A naked YF-19 reissue (Y24000) is almost the same price as the Full Set release (Y25000). I have a feeling that if they reissued the Full Set instead, and based on today’s naked reissue pricing, they might charge the Full Set between Y28000 to Y32000. If that’s the case, would that justify now their YF-21 asking price (Y35000)?

I agree. AGE has some nice mobile suits design. I actually really wanted to order the MRD AGE-FX, but my budget won't let me.

Aside from Hikaru’s Super VF-1A, I need Macross The First VF-1J sans the new Super add-ons featured in the manga. Then I’m signing off from this line.

Hopefully the plastic are all blue and not painted. That way, it's not going to be a big challenge to repaint the blue if ever we made mistake on removing the tampo prints.
-
Yeah. I get that striping thing. Yes, it is too much. But it is what it is now, right? It's the only YF-21 in that scale, so I take it as is. It's either we do some bold moves to remove it down the line, or just leave it. I only want to have that General Galaxy wordings on the plate to be removed to be honest since I don't want to risk messing up the toy once I have it. Edit: Also, I'm still annoyed with DX YF-19's big bold N.E.T.F.C.

Not sure if @Reïvaj and I have the same sentiment but we all know that Bandai tends to add a lot of unnecessary markings on their Valks starting with VF-19/YF-19. We're not saying it should be anime-accurate. If it's done in good taste, then I think it's fine. But that General Galaxy on the belly plate, I think it's too much. I don't mind the yellow striping around the plate. But the text and stripe in the center of it, uh-uh.

Or ends up a legend in MacrossWorld for doing such bold move.

In case you missed this announcement from Amiami's homepage. Customers might experience shipment delays due to a surge in orders.

Did Bandai included a canopy shutters accessory part to go along with the helmet-less Isamu with this release? The Full Set from what I remember didn’t have it. Thanks.

Here you go.

Fixed. Since we mostly order directly from Japanese stores, they always charge when the item becomes available.
-
Who knows? Since they didn't include it on the recent YF-19 release, Bandai might release a TWE release of 2 Fold Booster attachments down the line. And as a bonus, they might throw in some missile sets too and charge it for Y7800.

I think the best way would be PO one from Japan and one from US shop. And cancel one based on what's the cheapest before the release date.

Bandai does it again -- Love to Hate / Hate to Love. Looks weird how the Gunpod protrudes from the belly plate.
-
Same here, David. Nowadays, I think one is enough. For its price, they should've included the Fold Booster.
