True. Original design didn’t have it. Including all the old MG and HGUC kits. We can probably blame the GunPla customizers, resin kits makers, etc for making them cool looking. And now Bandai including Katoki himself are following what was established by the community and applying it to everything else. I have to admit those sliding gimmick stuff looks cool on certain suits. But not on Sazabi though. That one is overkill.

Aside from this being a set and the mentioned bonus joint attachment for the Zeta Plus C1 for Booster Unit. The description from P-Bandai says it will have a new coloring specification. They're actually using the same image from the last one but colorized with different tint of red and blue for the new one. There wasn't any mention of different markings for this release. 2018 2024 Also here's the section on the color info from the promo image above. So give or take, flat rate shipping plus CA tax will end up between $385 to $389. Depends on tax percentage they're going to use. But that's atleast $30 something.

Yup. Prices on some of these Macross WWM stuff was on sale during the Holidays and it's still on sale today. Amazon, for example, the listing for DX YF-19 was $250. And now it's $219. Also while browsing last night on YF-21 preorder, I noticed that KappaHobby has some selected Macross DX that are also on sale. Or discounted if that's the best term to use. But like @dur said it's a long waiting game for these to go on sale stateside. I have a feeling that it went on sale recently probably due to the Holidays(?) But who knows, maybe YF-21 will be put on sale down the line. Unless, he's actually referring to wait for US preorders to go up later.
