Once that happened, be sure to check out the Macross Maintenance thread for some ideas how to fix it. There's some fix there posted by anime52k8, ChaoticYeti, and no3Ljm. Wait... that's me. For some weird reasons the photos I posted on that thread just shows "?". But when you click it, it will show it properly. Hope that helps.

Boo!!! Hahaha! Hey! To each his own, ok. I love it in Gerwalk mode too. This is my problem too with the VF-31. Mine is super tight and I don't want to force twist it. And I don't there's a way for it to open too just in case it needs repairs. Excuses, excuses.

I think I posted some photos on the Maintenance thread. And yeah, I ding'ed a little bit of the plastic that holds the stell joint ball in the ankles. But it's ok I think. Once it's back in the legs area the dings is not noticeable anymore. Or they should have made that wing joints ratcheted. Even the ones that holds it in the hips area. Give it time. Curious. Was yours a reissue or first release?

^ Wow. And I thought I paid too much for my Chogokin Figuarts Hulkbuster since that one is smaller. But from the looks of it, it's way better even though it doesn't have that open torso feature. I was waiting when he did the scale difference that he will show the Chogokin Hulkbuster. Would it be nice if he has so he can compare. Hehehe.

Step aside VF-1 and YF-19. This is now my favorite Valk in Gerwalk mode. True about the 29's. I already fixed my Isamu's crotch and shoulder joints and even those crotch lock. And man, that area are hard to open. Except his 'own brother' here. Hahaha!

True. And I have to search what's YYMV means. Hehehe. Thanks for clarifying that, sh9000. And probably that's also the reason why they let me go with that one time. So friends & forumers, the point here is that, even if they did allow one or two cancellations if you asked or emailed them nicely, be sure that it's not going to be a habit afterwards which you can do it from time to time every time you see better price somewhere else. Let's always practice to respect their policies all the time. If you don't want to follow their policies and you always want to have that option to cancel, then just stick with HLJ. Because if you're just going to cancel afterwards, then that said item whether it's on preorder or in-stock, belongs to someone who doesn't mind paying the posted price. Now, don't think of me that I'm dictating or preaching everyone to follow rules. It's just that I do understand everyone's concern when it comes to budget and money. And we always want to pay as lower as possible. Me included. But remember, this is not Target, this is not Walmart, this is not Costco, this is not Amazon, in which we can cancel or return purchased items if we want to all the time. And as far as I know, there's still countries that abide the No Return No Exchange rules. They're just specialty stores (which means they're not a big corporation) that sells expensive toys. They're the only place we can get our collectibles so it wouldn't hurt to follow their rules, right? Just sharing my two cents.

Nice! I would like to have a 1/48 as well in the future. That would be Hikaru's VF-1S Strike ofcourse. And since we're on a topic that the 1/48 looks great in fighter mode, would it be better if I just buy the Hasegawa 1/48 VF-1S Strike to display? Though I'm not sure if it's going to look good if I built it. Hehehe. Can I request to members who have both 1/48's Yamato VF-1S and Hasegawa VF-1S to snap a quick shot together. Just want to see the differences. Thanks in advance.

Let's just hope for the best. But just so you know that we've seen a lot of stuff that they displayed all over the years on numerous events and some of them didn't get past thru from that display. So let's just see.

Just to be clear, sh9000 mentioned he's skipping the AmiAmi order and not cancel. The one he mentioned that he cancelled is the one from HLJ. Skipping probably he's just going to ignore it when AmiAmi sent out the payment request since they don't allow cancellation or he emailed them and asked nicely if they can cancel it. The scenario here is that if you ignored the payment request, two things will happen: 1) they might suspend or ban your account or B) they will email you and warn you that you didn't pay and that if you cancel again in the future they will suspend or ban your account. Either way, don't allow the cancellation. And to be honest, I did cancel one time and only that one time since I don't want my account to be suspended. Not at all, sir. I think ordering multiples will save a little. You can compare this shipping cost using their virtual shipping calculator. But as of now, I can't say that it's 100% accurate since they've asked additional shipping cost from the HMR Roy and the recent DX 31J.
