Nah. They've been doing that ever since. Think of the VF-1's. It's the same mold for the last 10 years. The only thing they did after 10 years after those 'option parts' that were included in Yamato's 30th Anniversary releases is to tweak small things but the big add-ons were the screw covers for Max and Millia reissues. But as for the YF-19, I think they got it the first time based on their current design that they did.

Do you guys think that if they release the Armored Packs, does that mean it's just designed for Arad's, Chuck's, and the 31A's if ever and it's not going to be available to the others? I know it's movie based. But that doesn't stop Bandai to 'recolor' for the others, right?

All the mobile suits featured in AoZ were all named after Watership Down. Maybe they were just inspired by it. Hence each unit insignia featured a stylized rabbit. It’s cool that from time to time they use existing names for inspiration such as Stamen and Orchis.

Yes. It's that criss-cross pattern thingy on the flap. No worries though. It was just me being lazy to create one. Hehehe. I'll just create one. Probably basing it on Hasegawa's 1/48 kit. And I will check later Jenius' site too on the 1/48 VF-1 and see if there's a pic I can use to trace it so I can have a guide. Edit: Found one at Jenius' site.

That's why I'm not buying it. Explaining Arcadia's upcoming Premium Finish SDF-1 is already a burden to explain. But... if it comes pre-painted like Watanabe-san did, who knows? I rather pay for that one than get the Prime1 Studio's 'Guardian Mode' offering

What do you mean it has high demand? Armored/Super Parts gets released thru their P-Bandai offering. Meaning, it's not a general release so there's a guarantee you can get one. Though you have to pay it upfront since most shops that will sell TWE (P-Bandai) items requires the customer to pay upfront.

Ha! But to be honest, I've been waiting for MG incarnations of these AoZ babies for years now. But at this point I'm not so sure anymore. And it's why I skip the first Hazel MG release. Like I really appreciate Robot Damashii and Metal Builds now for me to wish for them to come out on that line too... in the future. No need for me to build and paint. But we will see, sir. We will see.

Yeah. And I'm pretty sure it will get worse when I do that. Btw, Lolicon, do you have any stencils or decals of the 'grill' section for the 1/60 VF-1 backpacks that I can borrow and print it? It felt like Yamato/Arcadia kind of neglected that part including the 'antennae'. Though I'm not planning on adding an antennae for Gerwalk mode.
