True. At this point it's highly doubtful to order one at NY since we're not sure if it's going to be delivered. But as far as speculation goes, NY will surely find a way to accommodate all of it like they did on the VF-31A. That is assuming that all of the members here got already theirs after a year of waiting. Though now we can't guarantee how long we're all going to wait for it.

Don't get me wrong. I like how cute SD figures are from Gundams to Macross. But I can't bring myself on buying them. The only SD figure that I have in my recent collections is the MM Makuros and SD Minmay.

For me, these are the two Minmay figures that I think was done in a good taste. The Gutto-Kuru Minmay by CM's. And the 30th Anniv Cos-Cross Minmay by Banpresto. And if you could get the Cos-Cross Minmay and Ranka, you can customize it to make the perfect Minmay figure. Here's an example from @tekering. You have to admit she looks gorgeous, right?

I also agree of your point. I'm not sure how Big West will handle it if ever, but Sunrise did it great on their Gundam The Origin OAVs. In which I'm hoping that they will continue it forward retelling their 0079 story. The reason why I want to have something like that is because you're introducing it to the new audience and at the same time pleasing older fans of it. Because why would a new audience watch an old anime that looks like crap compared to how animes are done these days. Just a thought. -

Kai means Custom, Upgrade, Altered, Corrected, Chaged, etc. Unicorn? This is no Gundam. I thought it was a Knight's helmet with horn and wings. VF-31J改 (VF-31J/Kai) is indeed a canon. I have a feeling you haven't finished watching the Delta series. If not, then I suggest keep it that way so you won't waste your precious time and just dive in straight to the movie version. Though in the movie version Gekijou no Walküre (Passionate Walküre)...

Up to now NY haven't reimburse me with the Y6000 SAL insurance from a lost package last 2017. I don't hate them. But I also don't love them. And to put it simply, buying online abroad from any stores is always a hit and miss. Period.

Ouch. You don't want to have Kakizaki's VF-1A with alternate exploding parts in your collection? But true, Bandai could've just finished off their DYRL VF-1A's with just color paint. As much that they have released the other old HM VF-1A colors via TWE in 2 years time, the longer people have to wait with the new current HMR line to complete it. I don't collect HMR much, but I feel everyone's frustrations. But that also means we have to change the nosecone and wings due to unit numberings?

I'm looking more forward on a new animation treatment of the SDFM or any side stories in that timeline or something like a prequel (not Zero) pertaining to some of the key characters stories before their SDFM boarding or they could just make a straight OAV of the Macross The First. I know the manga is taking too long so why not just do an OAV of it. Anyways, one can only hope, right? -
International market? Let us wait until HG’s copyright expired. Until then, Macross, and I do mean Macross and not Robotech will just stay in Japan.
