  1. What are the chances that paid second batch marked up preorders at NY will get screwed over stock with first batch unpaid preorders on release date? And vice versa?
  2. Oh. TBH, I'm not doing eye roll here. It's a shy kind of face that I'm trying to imitate. It's just that our emoji is kind of limited so I just use the nearest one I could think of. Sorry about that, Dobber.
  3. I'm pretty sure one of the members here works or an insider in Bandai. They also lurk online. Since they are bound to NDA's (Non-disclousre Agreement), they will not leak informations. So it's more of a guessing game.
  4. No. There's no guarantee. In order for it to show up in your PW is when you receive a confirmation email that you did have it in order. Besides, your order will not go thru since there's a red warning above.
  5. This is an unanswered question. No one knows apparently. Bandai doesn't do serial numbers. Harmony Gold already trademarked the use of that on their Toynami figures.
  6. Same here. But I'm no lurker. I'm not a big fan of Wing Zero so it's definitely on.
  7. Well, it's still in POL. So I'll find out once I asked them to ship it in the next couple of days and if they will charge me sales tax with it.
  8. What Gundam fans?
  9. It is true. Guaranteed. Hands down, Arcadia is easy to preorder. But hard to acquire months after it gets release.
  10. That's why. I was browsing that FAQ page earlier and I already saw California is already on the list. It's why I'm surprised why they hadn't charge me sales tax yet.
  11. Me too. And there's a guarantee that this bird will be easy to preorder. No sleepless nights needed. And cartjack-free.
  12. Don't worry, sir. I'll join you and your AmiAmi CC inquiry on the next PO night. I might ask as well where usually to PO. True. But that's in DYRL. Not on SDFM series.
  13. Congrats Shizuka-chan! And, no, you're not OCD. You just have extra money to burn. And I'm definitely sure you're going to complete the Vermillion Squad. After all, one VF-1 in a 1/48 scale is not enough. Right, guys? Stop it, David!
  14. Just so you know, you're not going to have the freaking sword, until you buy the Lil Draken & Missile Pod option set. And yes, I'm still waiting for Elvis Draken. Enough of those VF-1's, Bandai. And release the Elvis Draken, now!
  15. Reposting wmkjr's post.
  16. That's weird. I have existing orders with them which was already been paid since last week and there were no sales tax either. But as per their FAQ, they do charge CA sales tax once you're going to pay the shipping. And so far, the order that I had last Feb which was already been delivered, didn't had any sales tax on the invoice. I'll try to update you guys once I decided to ship the orders that I have in their Pile of Loot.
  17. I totally agree with you here. It happened to me before too on a Hot Toys figure and they've been so accommodating. But then again, at that time I ordered one Hot Toys figure so I can't take a risk of getting an imperfect one. Whereas if I'm getting two of the bikes and one of them will have defects, then I'm pretty sure HLJ will help me out with one way or another. And at the same time, I can have both modes fix for having two.
  18. Hey David. Congrats on getting 3. Sorry again if my order didn't push thru and I didn't stay super late to wait for other stores. Which I think I will if Bandai announce the other Hikaru rides. Depends on which people you're referring to. The sellers whose desperate to earn big bucks? Or the buyers whose desperate to get one?
  19. I want my Valkyries to be super complicated.
  20. I'm in California. I don't remember BBTS charging me for sales tax ever since. My last order didn't have any. I'm assuming, there's no sales tax from Wisconsin. Unless you bought something from California, then there will be sales tax. To be honest, at the beginning I tried to preorder 2 from them before. In which I cancelled when the Japanese store posted theirs weeks after since I find ordering from them for 2 bikes is atleast $20-30 cheaper. And that's a big thing. From BBTS if you order 2 bikes, your total is $402. Whereas at HLJ since they have Ley's bike in stock I can check their shipping options. For EMS, it will be Y41490 ($372.16*). For FedEx Economy, it's Y42050 ($377.18*). And for DHL Express, it will be Y42980 ($385.52*). And this is a good reference if ever I decided to place an order with them again for Yellow's bike. And assuming that it will stay in that Y19000 price range as Ley's. *As of today's currency (4/8/2019) as per XE.com.
  21. I think it's more practical to order abroad if you're planning on getting atleast 2. It's why I'm still waiting to see the prices abroad before I decided on getting it at BBTS.
  22. Up now at BBTS for $129.99. https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/87629
  23. Like I mentioned last night, at this point of doing this preorders, I don't mind paying the whole thing upfront now as long that they will deliver. They need to do this like made to order type of thing based on how many paid or how many are committed to buy and made deposits. And not do like pay upfront and limit the production like the Kairos. Bandai really need to change this. They're already aware of scalpers. What happened to the Metal Build Eva-01 should already be a red flag to them. They don't need fans to bug creators in order to ask Bandai for a second round of preorder. Now, should we need to bug Kawamori for this?
  24. But you do know that Mospeada is ROBOTECH, right?
