    I don't have a Yamato 1/48 Valkyrie but seeing that the DX Arm armor is the same as how the Yamato/Arcadia 1/60 were built, the way of removing it is basically by wobbling one side, kind of un-snapping it. The tolerance of the DX and the Yamato/Arcadia 1/60 armor clips are higher than the previous 1/48 model due to the clips are a separate plastic part than the armor itself. It's kind of a bracket. Whereas on the 1/48, it's part of the side armor mold. So the chances of getting it snapped is higher than the latter models. Here's a comparison pic from @jenius' Anymoon website showing the armor parts. Hope that helps.

    Macross Plus released August 1994. Macross 7 released October 1994. But that is correct. Production and quality for OAV is higher.

    True. But then it's Bandai. Let's just hope that both sides of the Valk will actually sport 'WWM' and not 'MWW' on one side. Or 'SMS' and not 'SWS'. Or '001' and not '100'.

    Despite of some flaw, yes. And has collectibility factor due to the extra display stand that came with it.

    True. But atleast there's already 2 modes available from Plamax. One more, you can now display all modes in full glory. Though we might need extra room to display all 3 modes. Or display them strategically. Fighter and Gerwalk hanging from the ceiling. Battroid standing guard by the door.
