I read the 'How Do You Use It?' section on the link you provided. And they're suggesting to use their Superbase product to mix it in and dilute a little with water. Technically using it like a paint. If they're mix with acrylics then it's going to be like acrylic paints. Since the details on the SDF-1 are small, you can use fine small brushes or just the tip of the toothpick. Again, before you start painting or applying anything directly on the model, always try it first on some extra plastics you have such as model kit sprues or some disposable plastic spoons. I have to say that this is an interesting Glow-In-The-Dark agent.

There's also those ratchet joints that @jenius mentioned on the wing pivot esp when Super Parts are mounted, and in the chest mechanism as well. Though he did mentioned that the ratchet joint on the chest felt too fart apart and didn't feel solid compared to non-ratchet joint version.
