I would be content with a DX YF-21 to pair with the YF-19. If Bandai went all the way and released the VF-11b as well, that would be fantastic.

Things that make you go, "Hm..." I'm okay with it either way, personally, but I do appreciate the fact that Bandai is trying to get the colours right. I recall that others who watched the show felt let down by Mirage, and the role she played in the story. She isn't a typical Jenius archetype, so that might have played into it as well. I liked her character, but my opinion of Macross Delta isn't a popular one.

I think it would be strange for them to correct it in the promo shots and not correct it in the retail version; however, history does have a habit of repeating itself... Crossing my fingers that we all luck out this time around.

It took a while, but I got my HLJ order confirmation too. Waiting for CDJ to post payment approved status so that I can cancel my HLJ order without worry. Update: And just like that CDJ comes through, payment approved! If anyone is looking to get one from HLJ keep your eyes open, I'm canceling my order there.

I'm very confused by HLJ. Luckily, I was able to get a confirmation email quickly from CDJ. If HLJ pulls through, I'll cancel my order there and let everyone know here in case someone still needs to pick one up.

Good luck, everyone. I have the YF-19, a couple Darling in the Franxx pre-orders, and possibly one other item to wrangle later on. I hope to catch them all, but if I can at least get one YF-19, then I'll consider this pre-order madness a success.

Definitely. Tom Baker will be a good start to the classic series sets. I have Shada on blu-ray already, and love the quality and extra bonus content. Spearhead from Space was phenomenal, since it was shot on film. It would be cool if they do the Pertwee sets after Baker's.

Yeah. The pictured prototype modifies a few things and changes the Tampo printing so that no one confuses this version for the VF-19Adv. I'm hoping that Bandai will correct the striping for the actual retail release, but even if they don't it won't be a deal breaker for me.

I don't know. Looking past the CGI I have to say that I'm curious, if only to see how they twist the Brock/Venom origin story without any direct references to Spiderman.

Yeah, although we did get the VF-27 Grace/MP release. I guess I’ll be happy if Bandai gets to the Basara custom Fire Valkyrie that they teased a while back. The Project Supernova paint scheme would be an instant purchase and a nice surprise.
