  1. Wow, the articulation is really nice, though judging from the poses, the squat legs are now even more apparent (particularly the leg-lifting shots), to me at least. Can't complain too much though since at the moment, Yamato's Ingram looks to be the definitive toy incarnation when you consider all the features. Also, looking at some of the poses (the prince's funky walk cycle and the cat's cradle), I suppose we can expect TV versions as well (instead of swappable shields and antennas)? Love that open hatch, kneeling pose.
  2. Thanks to MW forums, I've started watching this series just recently and I have to say that the animation quality is quite spectacular, like the way Akiyuki runs to and fumbles about in his dad's clinic. It feels so "lively," so animated. So far, I'm loving the characters and the setting. The story, while a little fragmented at the moment IMO, has a nice air of mystery to it. Just watched up until ep 7. Hope it gets even better.
  3. Yeah, that's my only reservation with Yamato's Ingram. You can tell that the legs are a little too short / body too large when the right hand doesn't extend as far as it should, IMO, in order to grab the gun.
  4. Yeah, not too sure if Yamato's referring to the inner skeleton or outer armor with regard to die-cast content though I don't mind if it were both Having flashing Pat-lamps would be awesome though I hope they could keep the connecting wires more discreetly than CM's. Seems like they are going for a magnet for the hands as well instead of a peg to hold the accessories. The large size really affords Yamato a lot of leeway to go all out with these lavish features. Just hope it doesn't fall apart like some of their first-issue transforming Macross endeavors ( ) though at the moment, I'm really stoked for this.
  5. Hi, first time poster here. I think it should be a prototype. According to Yamato's official Engrish site, the "body frame" is supposed to be die-cast. Not sure if they're referring to the gray-colored parts on the chest or the toy's inner frame. Interesting that the stun stick is called the "Billy Club"
