    Banpresto Valks

Hiya, I actually really like these because you can mess with them and nor worry about breaking them 'cause they are fairly low priced items. I wouldn't compare these with the Yamatos or Bandais though because, well, they are in a completely different category. Oh, and we also carry a bunch of them, and also a set of 5 (the regular ones, not the super valks). Please click HERE for more info.
  2. Dang, that looks awesome!!
  3. I just want dang swappable 1A, 1J and 1S heads for the 1/48 line.
  4. Yeah, due to the Holiday on Monday, customs came to a halt. We got our shipment Thursday evening as well. By the way, we are getting another shipment in October and you can pre-order them HERE
  5. Hi folks, Many of you have been contacting me regarding the fast packs which we sold out of. BUT, we are getting another shipment in October and we are now taking pre-orders for them. Please click HERE to pre-order yours. Thanks. Best Regards, Tamim
  6. The 1/48 armor is pretty dang SOLID!! I don't know how else to describe it, but everything snaps into place. There are pegs for most of the parts and they firmly attach to the valk.
  7. Wow, those are some gorgeous pics!!!
  8. I don't really see any issues with this version.
  9. Actually I did remove the fast packs from the back pack. You can't just pull them out but have to 'wiggle' them out slowly because they are pretty firmly attached. It really wasn't a big deal, just took a couple of minutes.
  10. Hehe, thanks guys. I like the 'rusty' one. That looked pretty cool!
  11. Ok, here's my attempt to match up the colors. I lightened up the armor a bit, added some texture to it and changed the missile colors (got a bit too blue). And I couldn't resist to gold plate'em
  12. Of course, that's what it's there for Bring on the customs! I like the charcoal, that looks great too.

    I got my VE-1

I don't have a problem with the radar dish or the attachment either. That's what makes this valkyrie unique and it is part of it's design. What would be the point of removing the dish and the arm that supports it? Mine is already in the display case in fighter mode with all the gizmos attached. Looks pretty awesome to me. But then again this is the first VE-1 I've ever had. Never had any of the previous ones or even a model kit and I've always wanted one of these.
  14. Be prepared for the FBI to knock on your door "All your plans are belong to us!"
  15. And I'd stick with the standard missiles for the low vis. These just don't look right on it.
  16. * a few minutes later in photoshop * Ok, here's what I would recommend for the Low Vis: OR
  17. LOL. Oh no!! We still want yours or it won't be official
  18. Haven't heard of any news about low vis FP's yet, but I sure hope so.
  19. LOL. You're welcome! Now why would ya want to insult Graham like that?!
  20. Hmm, well the sensor arrays attach to the arms. Actually, I can't remember seeing it in battroid mode in the animes. I'll have to look into that one!
  21. Gunpod? Arm Packs? * checks package * Umm, no such things in there.
  22. Thanks for that info. I did try it today and actually it has been staying up pretty well. It took a good push. I'm just too careful with these I guess 'cause I'm too dang afraid of breaking the parts.
  23. You're welcome. The box is smaller than the 1/48 boxes. Actually, it's 14" x 12" x 4-1/4". Accurate enough for ya?
  24. Actually, I hope they DON'T release them in 1/48 because if the boxes are going to be proportionally bigger, I want no part of it. These boxes are big to the point that it's vulgar. It's killing us with the shipping costs from overseas, and I see no reason for them to be this big. They could've fit these in the same boxes that fit the Super Max and Millia.
  25. The booster gun IS longer than the booster pack. I don't really see any QC problems with the FP's. What you saw in the pic with the piece being propped up is my fault not attaching the hook right. I think the bluish colors work well with the other valks, and since they are based on DYRL I think they're pretty accurate. Oh, and no, they are not weathered, so you'd have to get out the gundam markers Now if we ever get a 1/48 VF-1J Max and Millia, then these fastpacks obviously wouldn't work.
