  1. Ami ami has it for 7700 yen shipped with EMS of course. Sadly, they are sold out for now. Apparently they sold out in about 1 day with 18 units available. They could get a restock in since it sold out so damn fast.
  2. Here are some reviews of it in japanese. Nice pics though. http://www.blog.amiami.com/amiblo/2010/01/121.html http://higehobby.web.fc2.com/review/goukin..._blade_000.html
  3. If the linkup is now SOLID with the upgrade kit then making the purchase may be worth it. That and if it can hold the guns properly.
  4. Did you over do the clear coat because I can see a lot of white flakes on the blue of the 00's chest. Otherwise, looks good so far.
  5. Woot. Got my shipping notice from HLJ for my 11B. Shipped valk on Christmas day how about that?
  6. Thanks for the reply ff95gi. I'm glad to hear the Quarter has got the clicky ratcheting joints in the right places.
  7. Are the shoulder joints ratcheted joints? Are there are any other ratchet joints on this thing and are they stable and clicky?
  8. I think I just might take the plunge on the quarter.
  9. Maybe this picture will shed some light on the M quarter. Also here's a nice comparison pic in reference to the DX 25
  10. Just looked at hlj's website and now a lot of the stuff is appearing in at low stock so maybe they got some more stock in?
  11. Ur pics make this psycho gundam so damn tempting. What's that its under $200 too? Must resist
  12. Actually looking back at the CG model again the baby blue that Bandai chose to put on the Quarter is actually accurate according to the picture below. In addition, I believe the the DX quarter's color's will look a lot more saturated in person instead of the pastel infused one.
  13. Its also noteworthy that Bandai put in some engine details in the boosters instead of just having a gapping hole in the booster.
  14. Yes animeexport requires payment upfront for pre-orders.
  15. I'll buy that kidney from you. save it a cool dry place, and when you need it back charge you double of what you sold it for. Mwhahahahahah
  16. Some new blurry as pictures showing Tekkaman off. Metal content looks sweet (chest, lower legs, part of crotch, forearms and shoulders ) Naked Tekkaman be damned armored up is they way to go.
  17. Sweet. Looks like the flight deck has the opening compartments with the destroids in them ala episode 25. However, the plastic rods holding up the quarter's arms are kinda bothering me. Hopefully, the final product will be strong enough to hold poses with the guns facing forward without the stands.
  18. Just quick observation. When I was taking my ingram apart I noticed something very strange, that being one part of the inner skeleton is metal while on the other side its plastic? Very odd yet the weight distribution is excellent on the figure.
  19. Ok. For one thing there is no way in hell I would want to shoot a video of this procedure. However, the operation was successful. The waist joint is now nice and stiff ,but you can still move the joint around without it being overly tight. Luckily I was careful enough not to scratch off any of the paint or tampo prints. I think I could of made the waist a little tighter , but I'm not willing to do this operation a second time and I'm pretty satisfied with the results. 1. Take it slow and steady. 2. Lots of stuff is connected through pegs so don't start forcing stuff apart, be mindful. 3. Some of the cloth is held on by a peg and glue so again be careful and slowly pry apart. 4. When connecting the newly remedied ball joint to the rest of the body you might want to try leaving the two housing halves of the joint unscrewed and then placed over the ball joint and then screw it in or else you will have a "very fun time". The whole procedure took about and hour and a half. You'll need some super glue, small slotted screw driver, a piece of the silk, a philips screw driver, some scissors and a needle nose pilers, and a cold drink. If you really want your Ingram to be perfect this procedure is worth trying. Just take it slow.
  20. I think I might just attempt this procedure as the waist on my ingram especially when the waist is fully erect just flops down as soon as I move it. So wish me luck guys. Operating room is now standing by.
  21. I stumbled across this while looking through Yamato's site and they apparently give you a full guide on how to fix the rather loose waist on the 1/24 Ingram in japanese , but with pictures! After observing it more it looks like the joint is really just a big ball joint.......no wonder it flops. . For those of us who's daring enough to rip apart a $250 figure you may consult this guide. (Also a little tidbit I found funny was that to tighten the joint you use a piece of the silk Yamato covers your ingram with in order to help add more friction to the joint. ). Hope this helps for anyone wanting the waist tighter. AV_98.pdf
  22. Just happened to stumble across the last HA Bumblebee figure at my local target and I impulsively bought it. And well being late in the game I'm glad I did. One of the main things that blew me away on this piece was the quality with near perfect paint, all around tight joints, good fit, sweet detail. I have very high hopes for the other releases in this series.
  23. Oh boy already 3 figures being produced under the armor plus line and I want them all. This line is poison damn you bandai damn you!
  24. I believe in this small picture the scale next to the quarter seems appropriate to be a DX.
