    I'm glad to hear Bandai finally implemented a locking mechanism for the chest. I still wish the back plate locked into something too for a more definitive transformation.

    Does the chest section, neck plate and back plate lock into anything in battroid mode or does it just fold over the cockpit section and held by friction?

    Boy I wish I was kidding, the build quality on mine just kind of sucks and is disappointing for a $300 figure. Ironically, when I bought Yamato's first 1/60 YF-19 I also had to exchange it for a new one.

    Got mine from HLJ, minor paint chips on some of the plastic parts, one of the hip sliders was frozen in place, excess glue on the wings, loose right shoulder, black paint scrapped off canopy during 1st transformation. Yup, this bird is going back to Japan.

    I can't wait until May. Now does Full frontal really need an upgrade for his suit? Sinanju is already super fast, has a big weapons payload etc. Sticking the sinanju in that mobile armor is just going to make it a slow moving target that probably has a lot of fire power, but it's going to get blown up anyways and out pops sinanju. Okay rant over. At least the neo-zeong doesn't look 100% dumb like a few other upgrades in Unicorn.

    Exia seems a little simple compared to the MB destiny. Destiny is super spiky, has neat sliding panels in the knees, chest and wings. The engineering in the weapons are also pretty cool. It should be an awesome piece for you man. I will say make sure you have the side skirts pointed away from the body because they could get caught under the torso and cause some paint chipping. A definite improvement over the MB freedom.

    If Mikasa is like any of the newer RAH's for medicom she should come with interchangeable faces/ heads and some spare hands. While it would be nice if the 3DMG had some gimmicks to it I doubt medicom would implement something like that. Prove me wrong medicom! And for $240 she better come with the green survey corps cloak.

    I think Bandai is doing the ARX-8 because it's the most recent arm slave that Sousuke used in the last manga or visual novel. However, all Bandai needs to do is repaint and remold it and then we can get the arbalest. And then repaint and remold the arbalest into the M9s. Do it Bandai do it.

    RD Kshatriya is finally coming in March of 2014 for a staggering 13,440 yen! Not surprising at all because of the large size and those huge binders.

    An epic showdown was a fitting end to season 1 of this show and now it's time to spend the next week reading the manga during my breaks. It was a fun 25 week run.

    I watched the latest episode a couple of times now. Sweet fluid action scenes were great and the neat angles made them more fun.

    I agree with your opinion about after story and about the "redo" ending. I felt season one was generic and kind of boring. The only reason I stuck around for after story was because all of the praise I heard about it. With that being, said I enjoyed after story because it steers away from school life and goes into the part of life where it really matters as an adult. I definitely would have applauded the studio if they had the balls to end the story with I think I could also have left out the little robot and little girl completely. Okay that's enough of turning this into a Clannad thread.

    I'm glad to see this show got its own thread. First of all, it's nice to see another anime that both fans from the East and the West can enjoy. Another thing I enjoy about this show is the lack of fanservice, loli, moe, beach episode, bathing scenes, magical girl etc that's been clogging every season. Sure, some of that stuff is fun, but if we can cut that down by 50% that'd be great. Anyways, I also hope SnK doesn't go the way of other shonen shows/ manga where it ends up derailing itself into pointlessness. Like many have said, after these last two episodes it will be time to read the manga and wait for season 2. Since SnK turned out to be such a big hit I hope they'll get even more backers to have an even larger budget for the show. Oh yeah and max factory has my wallet by the balls with all of the figmas.
