    Those wing joints must be pretty strong or have hidden supports because that doesn't look like it will stay tight for long.

    It's the Arcadia version. I bought it from a member on this board. Thanks for the tip, I'll try this if the glue a friend recommended does not work.

    Interesting, so this breakage has happened on someone else's VF-1 copy. I wonder if the plastic just wasn't molded correctly or maybe it was just poorly handled at the factory. I'll try some glue a friend recommended.

    I just lifted the neck hinge for casual transformation and the piece just broke off. I've handled many 1/60 V2 VF-1 molds over my time and this is the first time I've seen a breakage in this area.

    Well, this is the first time I had a major breakage on a 1/60 V2 VF-1 in a long time. So will Tamiya extra thin plastic cement be best for fixing this?

    I'm glad Obari is still on the staff for IBO because the new version of the Barbatos really goes well with Obari's exaggerated and muscular looking aesthetics.

    Hmmm if there's just one thing I wanted tampo-printed it would be the red triangles on the shoulder pods. The wings showing through the legs don't bother me.

    Good pick up here. I've messed with mine for a few months now and I think it is the finest gundam toy in my collection. Articulation, paint, detail, lights and sliding panels galore. The only thing it's missing is an opening cockpit. The only real flaw I've found is that there are some small stress marks developing around the inner knuckles. No cracks, but it is somehthing to look out for while playing with it.

    If Bandai wanted to make a version 3 with matte plastic, more sturdy ratchet joints and secure locking mechanisms, I would buy the whole skull squadron again.

    Kawamori won't approve it until it's fuschia and Big West will say it needs to be a dark navy blue and only a dark navy blue.

    From the screencaps I've seen it certainly, doesn't look like Frontier's episode 25. The love triangle gets actual closure. It looks like a fun episode and the craziness I have wanted from Delta in the first place.

    Damn, I could have used this Mirage development earlier in the series. And look at how well drawn her and the cockpit are. What a tease. Movie or OVA to wrap up loose ends please?

    I must be in the minority, but I love what they did with this metal build F91. I think it looks much sleeker and less derpy. It feels like they gave it more heroic proportions and I love that on a gundam.

    This episode was no where near as bad as some people are making it out to be. Go watch season 2 of either Infinite Stratos or Psycho Pass and after that every anime seems much better by comparison. The moment with Hayate and Freyja looking over the letters was really sweet. I did find the NUNS blowing themselves up kind of funny. I'm just going to enjoy the rest of the ride. It's a shame Kawamori was not doing the storyboards for the entire series. The flight school / air show competition pitch for macross could have been neat in the right hands.
