i used paypal and i haven't recieved type of request by VE to pay yet...i read on their site that they don't charge your paypal until they're about to ship an item...so i would assume that i wouldn't be charged until he has the VF-1S's in hand

looks like those of us who ordered the valks are getting their orders sent out early! i got an email from VE stating that the VF-1S will be released later on this month...i was actually hoping it would be released in late december since i don't have funds right now (thanks to massive cellphone bill ) oh well, i have around 4-5 weeks to gather up money...

looks like they're resin kits made by some garage company...i'm only guessing because of the 1/72 scale thing it says on one of the display cards...it would be nice to have something like that tho

this would be good for people who want to mod their toys and models but lack the sculpting skills to do so...if i was crappin money like crazy i'd probably buy one

the valks and the story is what attracted me to Macross but i think i was influenced more by the valks than anything else

hmm...thought i pretty much said that already...convention...exhibition...they're all the same to me and hasegawa does make convention/exhibition only kits so i would assume those numbers belong to those kits

i was sooooooooooooo friggin' waiting for someone to say that! and yeah...it has okawara's design rehashing all over it i think that's the thing i hate the most about okawara designing gundams now...seems like every new design he has is just a bunch of old gundams put together...i'll start laughing once i see something that looks like a total rip off from g gundam or wing

they could be "convention only" kits?

yeah you can...the knees on the MG Zero Custom are WAY different than the ones on the HG kit...any gundam otaku can see that anyways and the feet on the HG kit are completely flat while the MG kit's feet slope up a little...and the legs are a little slimmer in the MG kit...that's all i could think of for now (if i was just able to look at 2 on display, without touching 'em)
