honestly, i would get the vb-6 right now...we don't know if yamato will be around to make more macross stuff later on...and bandai produces kits pretty much like crazy, as long as they're popular of course....so get the PG Strike later on...hopefully they'll come out with upgrade parts like the aile pack with skygrasper soon i know this has been said many times before but it's all up to you and what you really want to get

well...i feel like a real grinch now...i just found out how much i spend on myself for x-mas...300+ dollars i guess it's another year without giving presents... and it's partically Yamato's fault for mixing up the scheduling for their products i could've had 150 for gifts...it's plenty enough since i'm only gonna give about 6 people gifts...and giving everyone else the shaft

i guess i'll be in the same boat as you pretty soon...i'm barely getting my 1st 1/48 (VF-1S Roy Focker 3rd issue)...i'll probably still play with my 1/60 VF-1S mostly because it was one of my first yamato toys i've ever had...i might get another 1/48 in the future but for now, i need to see how the 1/48 i'm getting stands up to the rest

actually, yamato used the IHP (1/100 or 1/72 scale?) model kit as their basis for their 1/60 line besides, all the old bandai valk kits weren't exactly perfect transformation...even later kits like the VF-19 had to take the legs off for transformation

seems like kawamori was trying too hard to make something different... i wish he'd just make another damn macross series ...or even a gundam series (ducks at the rocks being thrown)

yeah that's true...if you already have a kit that looks nice and is highly sought after, why not just up the size and make the parts in all proper colors as much as possible...btw, does anyone have pictures of each of these freebie kids?

i remember a 1/144 scale hazel that came out earlier this year that came with some magazine before...will the sculpt of that kit be the same as the HGUC? i think the kit was somewhere in between HG and non-graded kits

i have a PIII 700Mhz PC...had 98SE on it...but upgraded hdd and ram and installed xp pro ....some episodes jump from time to time but nothing that bad....since it's an older pc it doesn't need a large amount of ram as the P4 processors do to run xp (i have 256mb)...episodes jump every once in a great while....but it's only in the beginning so it's not a big of a deal...i still need to clear my cc debt so i could use that to start building my own computer i hate cc's...they make you buy stuff you don't need

When I get back we going on a mass burning session. not on my computer ...you might wanna get a bigger pen hdd and i could send 'em to you that way DVD+R's are our friends. DVD+R DL's even more so. my computer is too OLD to handle a DVD burner...or else i would've got one already saddly enough, my computer barely meets up to the processor speed needed for a regular CD-R/RW burner besides...i don't really wanna burn all the SEED Destiny episodes
