try that again if they make DYRL style posed hands for the 1J release, then they can put out a hand upgrade to retrofit all the other 1/48 DYRL valks

I'm hoping that Yamato will make DYRL style, posed, non-articulated hands in addition to the TV style hands when the 1/48 Hikaru VF-1J is released. Here's a screen grab I took for reference. I hope they paint the area around the optical visor gray also, unlike the 1/60 version.

Picked up 3 sets from Treasure Island at Frank and Sons last Saturday. First and foremost I want to make a disclaimer and say that I am completely happy with my purchase. The fast packs make my valks Godlike. These are the toys I dreamed of since I was about 10 years old. I did encounter 1 of the issues that WM Cheng experienced and 2 others I haven't seen mentioned in this thread or elsewhere. 1. The saggin arm thing? Well My Hikaru 1A doesn't have it but my Focker 1S definitely does. 2. I opened 2 of my 3 sets and for some reason in both of them, both the left side RMS missles on the rack (if you look at them facing you) are very loose. 3. The front parts of the boosters are loose and don't lock in place very good. These issues in no way negate my satisfaction with the way these things look. No buyers remorse here. just reporting my finds and was curious to see if anyone else ecountered these or if this was just a one off. The boxes for my fast packs were a bit dinged up so I don't know if these issues were a result of the boxes being roughly handled during shipping.
