Nice, that's like how Anaheim made mobile suits on the side for the AEUG. If she is able to have Doms made on the side, maybe she also has Strike Freedom under construction. Look at all the Goufs in the background on the flightline.

New Robotech Transformable Toy Coming...

I don't have that hesitation. I have no problem calling MGREXX a troll. Because he is one. -
That is a thing of beauty.

You win the thread. Quote of the morning. Excellent. -
I'm up to ep. 22 in Mobile Suit Gundam right now. I though it was interesting/kind of messed up that Ramba Ral was actually supposed to get the 3 Doms for his own attack until Mquve screwed him over. That would have been a good fight. Hopefully Destiny's 3 aren't rednecks. That would be too wierd. As for Athrun, he'll be able to relieve his "tension" when he gets back to the AA and he makes up with Cagalli. He still has her in the back of his mind, so he hasn't noticed Luna properly. He still should be smacked though for wasting the opportunity he had with Meer. It would be kind of ironic though if the final pairings ended up being Lacus/Kira and Athrun/Meer though. Then Cagalli an and Orb pilot. Athrun and Cagalli will probably make up though.

Aegis's pic is one of the creepiest things I've ever seen. That kid's parents must have had a blast. How many horror movies has that kid been used in?
-
I could see that actually. It's easy to foreget about Meyrin, but she has shown interest in Athrun and has noticed how disgruntled he's becoming. As for Meer, she hasn't shown any signs of having a malicous bone in her body. She may have a couple of esteem issues, but odds are she's just a pawn for now and may have some extra purpose later on. I personally hope for a Lacus/Meer duet concert.

Some Inbit would be pretty nice to have too, even if they were only super-posable equivalent. -

As if we should believe anything you said, oh wait you think you're some kind of all knowing God, lol. It's called common sense. As for the rest of you, I knew you were jealous of mighty MGREXX but this just makes me blush!!!!! It's not jealousy, it's surprize that you still bother to open your yap. No one believes a word you say anymore. For good reason (i.e. you're full of crap). -

Gakken-inspired Cyclones may not be that bad of an idea though. At least they'd be ripping off a good design. I suspect the height will be in line with the Alphas. Hopefully the durability is OK in any case. Hopefully the rider will be able to actually sit on the bike too. I especially want the Rook and Lancer models. I might be a minority here, but I doubt I'd be that interested in the Beta. I just want the Cyclones now. -
So they are going to have 3 Doms? Sweet. Wonder if they'll also be called the Black Trinity. IT would be nice to have at least 3 more pilots on the Minerva, this would be a nice addition.

So what will he leave the Minerva in? Not the Legend or Destiny or Impulse....or any Zaku.... Hopin to see the Repo-ed Gaia put to some freakin use..... Is the Gaia even on the ship anymore? I kno it had damage to the uhhh abdomen area and lost a beam rifle (I think) so I cant see why Zaft aint putting it back into use. Maybe they dropped it off at a base. Rey was ordered to retrieve it wasent he? They shipped the Gaia off to Gibraltar. You know it'll come back sooner or later, I'm guessing with another Faith pilot. As for Athrun, who knows how he'll scurry back to the AA. He's liable to just drive off base when they reach Gibraltar or grab one of those helicopter things. He probably knows where they'd go after suffering that much damage. Everything so far has said Rey was the pilot for the Legend, so the "awarding" of Legend to Athrun is easily a temporary measure. He is not going to be a happy person on the Minerva after the AA is damaged and the Freedom is out of the picture. I don't even know if he can handle a Dragoon System. He had trouble using a transformable MS to it's sull potential, funnels are probably way out of his league.

Athrun won't have Legend for long, if he actually hops in the cockpit. Soon as Athrun takes off, Rey takes it.

I kind of agree with Agent on that one. Anakin did see that both sides had stuff that was wrong. He KNEW the dark side was bad news, but he also knew he couldn't trust the Jedi anymore with their own shadow plays and violating their own rules. Jedi aren't supposed to spy on friends. Anakin went looking for guidance and instead got told he needed to let what he cared about go. He got denied the Jedi Master title, even though he was on the council. The jedi could have denied the appointment entirely if they wanted instead of that slap in the face. They purposefully let Anakin sit there so he could be a double agent for them, and Anakin knew it. They didn't even give him the "watch Palpatine" assignment in the chambers, they had Obi-wan tell him on the side. Shady, and if they knew or cared about Anakin enough, they would have realized they were going to piss him off. Then they didn't give him a voice even though he had a seat. I might have to read the book to see the extra detail some of you guys mentioned. The Jedi stabbed him in the back, shaking the whole foundation of the moral pillar the Jedi were supposed to be on. Windu even said "If what you say is true, you will have gained my trust." What did Anakin do to Windu for him not to trust Anakin? At that point nothing, yes he was a hothead and yes he had an ego, but Obi-wan trusted him with his life and the others knew he was a good Jedi. Anakin's dreams about his mother were dead-on, and he knew that Padme was in trouble if he was having those visions/dreams again. Palpatine offered a solution, and as he was a close friend and mentor to Anakin, Anakin didn't have a reason to think Palpatine wouldn't have hooked him up as promised. Until then Anakin knew the Sith were bad, but that was because the Jedi said so. They shook Anakin's trust in them, wheras Palpatine offered Anakin the opportunity to do more, to achieve his potential, and save his wife. Neither of which the Jedi offered him. So when it came down to Windu or Palpatine, he instinctually choose palpatine. It was the better offer. Evil is often a point of view. For instance he had no qualms about force choking Admiral Ozzel. In that case though you could call it a battlefield execution because Ozzel's actions did cost extra Imperial lives. It was not his first screw up either. "You have failed me for the LAST TIME." He probably botched a number of operations. Blowing the Hoth ambush was the last straw. We recognize Vader as the bad guy, but he may not have necessarily seen himself as the bad guy. The rebels were terrorists as far as the empire was concerned. This makes for good philosphical fodder. Nice discussion.

Yet many/most of us have the HK DYRL and M0 discs, and many also got the HK M7 box sets. Joons valk anyone? Granted I would much rather have legitimate releases of all of Macross. I wouldn't buy M7 again though. And I paid full price for the SDF boxes when Animeigo had them on preorder years ago, and I scoured until I found my Macross: The Complete 3-CD Set. Anime merchandise even shows up on some TV shows in bedrooms. It's mainstream now.

The one episode where Dullindal was remembering his past and stuff seemed to point toward his doing whater it is he's doing with good intentions. Change things for the better. His opinions definately did not match with Crueset's, in fact they seemed to enjoy the debate. He also didn't predict Lacus's "defection". It seems he had planned to use her originally, but her leaving Plant put a wrench in that idea, so he went with plan B and found Meer. Time will tell. Could be either way still. Seems to me like he might be pulling a Treize, playing his necessary role in order to reach the end goal of ending wars for good. Some bad things have to happen, but in the proper sequence the end result can eventually be reached. I'm sure in the next few episodes we get a better glimpse. The EA has been shown to be asses as well this time around, and yes, the logos guys do need to be dealt with in any case. I would very much suspect that the Azraial guy in the list (however he was spelled) is the father of the BC's former psycho leader. Cabal stuff like that tends to run in the family, and how else would a whiny nutjob like Azrael be made head of a group like the BC? The spelling could be another Engrish error.

Damn, the Dom went to the Gym. It looks badass.

Time to kill this one. Besides, the best Hentai doujin in from Eva anyway.

In Futurama Star Trek did develop into an actual Church.

She kind of reminds me of Motoko from Love Hina. Guess I need to actually read the Astray mangas I have. They're up to Astray R #2 so far. Is she in there by then or later? Is she nice or a hothead? Two things that the "filler" episodes did manage to have: First, the Orb arc, which I'm guess will have a bigger implication later when the AA returns to Orb. Second, fitting in with Dullindal's agenda, and highlighted during the video feed Dullindal showed: The Minerva spread a lot of goodwill toward Zaft since they left Carpentaria. Shinn rescued that one town that was basically enslaved by the EA, the Minerva took out the base with the Lohengreen gate, freeing that town. The footage prominently showed those people cheering and celebrating in front of the trimuphant Impulse and Saviour Gundams. The area surrounding the small port base the Minverva was parked at during the orb arc was happy to have Zaft there, as Zaft booted the EA from there before the Minerva even arrived. Now, Eusasia is praising Zaft for destroying the monster the EA sicced on them. Expect the Eurasian region to break away and sign a treaty with Zaft this time. Just like the EA was soliciting signatures to rally against plant when the war started, the opposite is happening now. The EA has bullied nations around, and now several places will be looking at Zaft for a better solution. Dullindal is doing within a few years what took Palpatine more than 20 to set up. The man is awesome. Wether he's doing what he's doing for good reasons or not, the guy rocks. Hearing all the people on the video start shouting "Dullindal-Dullinidal-Dullindal" was a surprize. They love him. No one seemed to care on the Minerva that the Freedom was edited out either except Athrun. He really needs to leave. NOW. The ep preview has me eager for the next episode. Minerva coming from around the mountain head to head with the AA, and Shinn starting his fight with the Freedom. Looks like he studies the Freedom's data quite well.

A easy thing to forget about CotS/BotS is that the Abh are human as well. They just have a eugenics program to give them the blue hair, light skin, and filter any imperfections in their genes. (Think SEED's coordinators). Thay also have an extra sensory gland for heightened spatial awareness. The royal family also has their ears designed to look like elven ears. Jinto (the male lead) is from the Hyde system, whose father negotiated his planet's joining the Abh empire. This made him royalty as well, so technically even though he is regular human, he is considered an Abh as well. Any children he has will get the genetic work done. The Abh were generally quite nice and very well organized. They generally left the surfaces of the worlds in the empire alone, they just sent liasons and managers basically. What the Abh were most interested in was space (the routes and the expanses). Their capital is a giant space station, with a giant shipyard and production ring around the nearby sun. I loved the series. The characters were awesome, lots of depth, and there was actual stategy involved. The battles were well handled, just overall a great space opera. Lafiel is also hot hot hot. The relationship developed rather nicely as well.

I guess thats a nice way to wrap it up. The circle is now complete.

Probably wanted the manga and picked the boxed ver. up to resell Rei. 20 bucks shipping for that? He's out of his mind.
