Let's not forget Astrotrain, who after leaving Autobot City in the movie had all the remining decepticons from the fight in his cargo hold and had a ceiling height tall enough to let the constructicons combine in.

In the YF-21's case it's forgivable since the battroid was mimicking the Q-rau, hence the forearm cannons. The old verion makes a better battroid, the FP version a better fighter mode. Depends on which you want to display. The fp version is also the wrong color, so that's another consideration.

So what does ZAKU and GOUF stand for then? I don't think they ever said, or I haven't seen anything.

That does make Gibraltar sound a little funny, but since the Australian region was allied with ZAFT I could easily see Carpentaria being handed back after the treaty. Gibraltar depends on whose soil the base was on to begin with. Any forward posts on EA territory would have went back to the EA, but everything one the pro-ZAFT side would also have been returned to ZAFT. Guess we need the map again.

The Black Tri-Stars took two episodes to finish off. The one that killed Matilda was destroyed at the same time, and then the next episode was Operation Odessa where they showed the remaining two giving kind of a salute to fallen 3rd one before the battle. I think they even did that boot/helmet/rifle display for him IIRC. They then lose to Amuro in the fight. The Doms in this show will have an extra edge to their manuever thanks to their beam shields. I doubt Mwu will pull a Ryu. That would cheapen everything about having him alive still. Besides, he's in the credits this time, both the opening and the ending, unlike the last shwo where he was never in the ending. He's even decked out in an Orb uniform holding hands with Murrue.

Interestingly enough we have this news comes from Gunota Looks like they might be wrapping up CE with Destiny for now after all and go to something else. I wouldn't mind some more material for the CE era, at least in movie or ova form later though.

Not the damn Sky Grasper Let it stay gone. At least give him a Murasame. The gold one is just sitting there being unused. Even an Astray, hell, let him mobile suit-jack someone. What is he supposed to do with a Sky Grasper. If they have the launcher pack in storage still he might be able to do something, but not that much.

Good news. Don't know if I'll get a 0S, but definitely would buy a 0D. I'll reserve further enthusiasm until prototype pics come out. I thought this project was dead too. Very happy to see they're still putting some effort into it. Gotta have SV-51's too. I wouldn't mind getting both a Nora and a DD. Still want a new YF-19 more though. If they at least make that I'll be more than happy.

If she had like 10 Murasames in formation behind her to tag team Shinn alongside her, then I say give it a try, but by herself she's completely out of her mind. Shinn is pretty mindful of what weapons to use and when, so it won't take him long to figure out to use the anti-ship sword after he reflects a few shots. I wonder how a bazooka would work on the Akatsuki. It doesn't have a std Phase Shift, so unless Orb got the Transphase Shift from the EA, the bazooka should work pretty good too. I admit I kind of laughed my ass off when Cagalli said "lend me a Sky Grasper" First thing I thought was "They still have those things?" They were both trashed the same time Strike was destroyed by Athrun. Non stop flights rock!

Wow, that's a lot of good HCM Pro stuff in those pics. Freedom, Wing Zero Custom, the flight platform for the Zaku/Gouf, Dodai, and Zeta. Hope they get those out. It would be nice to have a faster release schedule, but they've been pretty good about releasing at least two at a time so far. Looking forward to the Acguy and Char's Z'Gok. I honestly would like to see HCM Pro Char's Gelgoog and the Zeong to finish the 0079 Char/Amuro set. Until then I at least have the Ultimate Operation figures. The Fix Gouf Custom is awesome.

Just watched ep 40. Great episode, however I have two nitpicks. 1) Cagalli (like usual). She got massive points for suckering Yuna into her trap however. That was very nice to see. FINALLY. However, she got a wash when she charged in to attack Shinn. We'll see how it goes in two weeks (damn recap). She saw the Destiny, and the first thing that came to her mind was him taking out a DESTROY, and she charges right at him. What in her past experience does she think gives her a chance in hell of fighting him. Yeah she has a shiny new MS but she shouldn't get overconfident. Again, we'll see how it goes but I would expect her to get smacked around, reflective armor or not, until Kira shows up. One thing that might be interesting to see would be if Shinn used the palm attack on her it might blow his arm off. I wouldn't mind seeing that. That beam reflectant is the only thing that will keep her alive though, that's for sure. 2) I'm kind of surprized at how quickly they got to Orb from Gibraltar. Granted they didn't have to make 500 stops like they did on the way to Gibraltar from Carpentaira earlier on, but it's entirely too convenient for the Minerva to make it to Orb again this fast in 40. I like how Rey and Shinn are instantly using their new Faith authority. The Captain is actually getting very unsettled which is interesting.

The Akatsuki looks like it has elements from the strike but beefed up some with an independent Strike Pack. The "cockpit" of the fighter is straight from the G-Defensor in Zeta. Instead of actually using the Rouge with IWSP they one-upped it with this to have another Gundam. I like the beam cannons attatched to the pack, and the dual edge saber. This is probably comparable to the Impulse in terms of performance. Kind of a Super Strike in a way. It's not going to be able to take any of the other new Gundams successfully, but it should hold it's own some at least.

This new recap episode business is complete BS. They don't need a recap episode when there's only 11 episodes left. Not to mention the -Edited- Episode might count against the 50, meaning the series could cap at 49, so there would only be 8 episodes to go after the new recap. Is there anything concrete about wether -Edited- counted against the 50-count? They've had enough recaps already, this news kind of pisses me off. Last thing we need is ANOTHER Kira/Athrun recap episode. Stupid. Anyway, some new stuff from Gunota. So Akatsuki's backpack can separate and transform. So it's a gold plated Justice? Or does it mean the backpack is a core-block fighter?

He will be missed.

A new UC based story would be nice to see. As for SEED universe, another series wouldn't be a bad idea. I'm still enjoying Destiny quite a bit, and it looks like Zaft is going to take over this time. Next series can be the resistance against that. I'm kind of against Astray being animated. Keep going with new material I say. The manga worked as it was and is a good supplement. There's plenty of stuff they could do in this universe to keep going.

First thing that went through my head during the battle was "hey it's a mobile armor!" Then when it crashed into the ship I figured it was a troop hauler. Awesome episode. They really are doing a great job with this show.

Strike Freedom was cool. I still don't like the gold joints though. It still uses the same engine as the Freedom interestingly enough. So the Destiny still has a small edge there. The DRAGOONs were pretty sweet, though his appear to squarely be single beam traditional funnel-style. As such the Legend has a slight advantage in the DRAGOON department with it's multi-barreled versions. The Freedom compensates though with more beam cannons on the gundam itself. At least if the DRAGOONs don't work in atmosphere Kira still has as much firepower as he did before. I wonder if Mwu might end up in the Akatsuki after all. It's got to be either that or the gold Murasame, and the Murasame just isn't going to cut it if he has to engage either of the Zaft trio. Strike is now officially obsolete, so I doubt anyone will touch that again. It at least got a good final sortie. Cagalli might start with the Akatsuki, but once Mwu gets his memory back it could easily be turned over to him instead. As for Gaia, I wonder if it's the original or another one. I hope they clarify that. I can't say I really like it in red though, black suits it much better. Does anyone else find it odd that Kira and Lacus have not kissed on screen even ONCE yet in both series? It's not really a big deal, especially since they're at least showing more emotion, but I still think it's wierd.

I used Tamiya spray cans to paint the runners again. For the Zaku I used Metallic Black, Olive Drab 1, and Olive Drab 2. I didn't want to use the pink stickers again so I got a jar of pink this time too. I actually really like how dark it came out. Still Green, but a little different than usual.

I hope they do a GQ of the Destiny. If not I'll wait for either the MG or the Cosmic Region. Also, I finished my new Zaku IIF Master Grade.
