Not only is it my avatar, it is also a prized piece in my collection. Very difficult to obtain indeed... although there are a few members of us here on MW that are lucky enough to own one. I was wondering if that pic was of one you managed to score. Good find.

The lases were probably used quite often, especially for incoming missles. Or if a regult strayed under you.

Thanks, Chris!! Edited the above per your "nitpicking." (Not to mention the fact that I made my checklist at home a while ago with info from YOUR SITE fer-cryin'-out-loud!! )

Sounds like it was a good PPV in general. Shame about the Goldberg Lesnar match though. So is it official yet the Goldberg is leaving too or not yet? Since HHH had to lose, I'm not at all surprized that Rock and Sock lost to Evolution, though I hope the stop treating Foley as Orton's bitch. Enough is enough already. Now that older school undertaker is back maybe he can bring Kane back to how he should be. One can hope.

Bandai never reissued the VF-19S (dammit Bandai ) An original of those goes for 80-100 bucks. One just sold here for 95. I was tempted but couldn't afford another hundred bucks this month, that, and I already have a Fire Valk -19 and a Yamato VF-19A, so I at least have something for now. There are some bootlegs flaoting around of the blue VF-19S, just they have the Fire Valks longer wings. Those are cheap, and I considered one for myself before but haven't found one in a long time. If you want a Fire Valk VF-19 Gundam Store and More still has them for 30 bucks as well as the VF-17. There are also Bandai's 1/100 models of the VF-19 F/S and the VF-19 Fire Valk. That's prety cheap, and also available at HLJ. Looks kind of chunky though. Bandai VF-19 Blazer 1/100 I've almost gone out and bought a Hasegawa to give that a try after waiting so long for the new Yamato.

Got my order for a "Mech" box placed. I don't mind the paypal route really, it makes things quite easy to organize. I know some people have reservations about it though. Maybe one or a couple of us could filter paypal payments for some people who don't want to use it. I wouldn't mind taking a few money orders and routing the cash to Paul myself for a few people if need be. It adds some time to the process though, since I would deposit the money order, and once it clears I could route the money straight to paul. Paul has been doing this for some time now, so I'm sure if it falls through we'll get the money back. A couple percent loss over 40 bucks isn't really a big deal. If it was over a hundred then yeah, but it's not much we're talking about. I'm sure we'll have the required numbers anyway. Also, the "20 for the least popular design" was to have 2 different designs made for this project. If we don't get enough, we'll pick one design and go with that for everyone then the base number shouldn't be an issue. He'll custom a case for you by yourself. I'm going to inquire about a Rurouni Kenshin case from him soon (sized for 10 reg size cases, since I have my 20 discs thinpak'd.) Hopefully now that payday has come for many people more orders will come. Onegai?

Looks like the guys are getting hurt more that time.

How did you get the Turn-A to show up like that?

As for brown scheme 1S's, I'm sure those existed as well form some squadrons other than skull, just we never saw them.

UC Chronology: original Mobile Suit Gundam tv 0080 OVA 8th MS Team OVA 0083 OVA Zeta tv ZZ tv Char's Counterattack movie F91 Movie V tv I refuse to accept G-savior as part of the real continuity.

The -S models were also tuned differently, and the special head denoted squadron commander. J models were given to flight leaders and certain Aces (Max and Millia for example who would have acted as their own flight group). The distinctions were a large part. 4 head lasers on every valk would also have been that much more costly, thus they probably used that as a reason to use one head laser on the majority of valkyries. Even later VF designs followed suit. The gunpod, missles, and the addition of fast packs kind of lessened the need for a couple more lasers. I would imagine 4 lasers would heat up faster than the single one as well with continuous fire.

How many years have you been posting here?
Anubis replied to Skull 0ne's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Around a year now I think. It was a few months before the site move at least when I joined in. Lurked for a few weeks first. -
ahh, the elusive valk plush doll. Very rare to find and very very expensive. Only a handful of people here have either seen one in person or been able to obtain one. I don't remember how old the dolls are though. xstoys has a pic of one as his avatar.

OMFG most screwed up .gif of the year award goes to the schoolgirl massacre. I thought nothing would dethrone to the toonoki nuts gif. Edit, which ironically Jolly Rogers is using that very gif now. Something I almost did but just couldn't for some reason. It is damn funny though.

We never got any parts to begin with, the whole thing fell through at Yamato's end. If you're lucky you might be able to squeeze some from HLJ. Yamato just didn't want to cough up parts for their 120 dallar valks.

The boy was pissed off because the other kids said he looked like one of the pokemon and were making fun of him, not because he was influenced by it.

Neon Genesis Evangelion Directors Cut Reborn
Anubis replied to Golden Arms's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
I posted about it here when it came out. Details about it are in that thread. -
Actually he apparently made the robot using the car's parts. not

Right now I'd be happy if Yamato would finish M+.
