Last thing I read, I forget where, the first Alpha is supposed to come out late May or early to mid June. However, given Toynami's track record, I would bet on late June to early July. Actually, the original release date, I believe, was at the end of February... So this is already a pretty big push back.... Hopefully they will make good and release on this date... This may have been said before, and I may be the one who said it, but I hope the delay was because they were making last minute tweaks to the design to accomodate a linkable BETA/TREAD! To play Devil's Advocate in this rare instance, this sounds kind of familiar. Um, let's see ... Yamato's 1/60 GBP: Feb ------------------>May even better: YF-19--------------------->????? Delays are not really a surprise anymore from any toy company. As long as the final product is still sweet though, potentially better with the extra time, it's all good.

Damn, Silversreak and Hound already

Max and Millia are both invincible. They could have fought the protodeviln in VF-1's instead of VF-22's and come back alive. If anything Max got better. He lit the place up during the trech run assault in M7 when he folded in ahead of everyone else. Kind of funny when he saw Barara's piloting early on and said "Not bad, but still nowhere near my level at his age". something like that at least. They are both sitting fine on the Macross 7 fleet. Max is the fleet captain, Millia is the Mayor of the main City. They were estranged during the series, but looked to be towards a reconcile by the end.

Meh, hurry up and finish so the Hobbit can be made. I was never a big King Kong fan.

You've been hanging around Agent too long

This of couse also means 19.44 cm (almost 8 inches) in fighter mode at 1/100. Not too shabby either. A 1/60 or 1/72 would be sweet of course, but 1/100 isn't exactly tiny either. Add in the wing span, and it's still an impressive bird. And damn, the SV-51 is huge. BTW, I am guilty of that myself at times, so I'm not saying anything bad above. Speculation is healthy, and makes for fun threads like this one. Only thing that's bad is when it turns bitter, which thankfully hasn't happened too much lately, after the Q-rau incident.

It's not like they directly copied the fast packs and the S-head helmet. Each were modified, so it wouldn't be worth HG's time to try to raise a stink. The irony would be amazing though.

I could do it... Colonly Fleet lands on a potential settling planet, and find a whole bunch of pokemon-ish critters on the planet. As soon as the first 3 people are eaten by the cute looking plant, and a CF pilot is electocuted by a rat, the planet is deemed a health threat and is nuked (like the Klingons did to the Tribbles) but people had unfortunately taken some back to the ship for their kids before hand. Chaos ensues once they multiply. To keep this on topic, a destroid squad is then revived and sent to play riverdance on the horde of fuzzy critters running around on the street.

At least there's no blood spray this time, unlike the Q-rau thread that had to be shut down. This has been pretty civil. Pipe dreams and wild speculation, but no blood spray. Anything further yet about how the legs actually attach on the 1/100 VF-0? Was the bracket idea close or way off?

Watching Shelton win was priceless at least. He gave a good match. Could this mean they're going to push him now too? He was kicking butt during his last smackdown as well during the gauntlet. I also enjoyed Jericho insulting Trish. It's a stupid angle, dumb story, but that was funny at least.

Bandai resolicited a lot of their existing DVD's to a lower price point recently. Haven't read anything about a 8th MS Team boxset, though the slim possibility exists. If you want 8th MS Team, or any of the other UC shows available now's a good time to do it with the price drop alone. Or wait until the next Bandai studio sale at right stuf to get it cheaper than that even. Some boxes would might have been nice, but all my gundam shows are in thinpaks now along with a lot of my other stuff.

I believe I read something about that before. Knowing Lucas, it's a sure thing once all the planned "seasons" are aired. Probably this winter or next spring before Ep. 3 hits theaters.

I'd like the double whammy. If they get past the flame thrower, then the trunkmonkey can whack the guy. The flamethrower could also be useful in gridlock.
