  3. Tiny tidbit out of Sakura-con, from Animeondvd
  4. My question is how are the air intakes routed though the YF-21/VF-22, since the backpack has to separate slide upwards, and front intakes move as they do. Also, the air channel has to be different because legs are where the channels would traditionally be. As far as transformation complexity, I'd say VF-14. The VB-6 actually isn't all that complicated, it just looks like it. It transforms very logically.
  5. Forgive me, but for some reason I find that car hideous.
  6. Blue Gender mecha would rock. The Armor Shrike was sweet. Maybe a pvc statue of Marlene to go with it. Haven't see Votoms, the designs don't do much for me so far, but I may eventually pick the show up.
  7. Dude... I've seen your Mac Plus box designs... you've got a photo editor. Just pick the area you want, blow it up a bit and maybe brighten/contrast toggle until you see the details. Or we could be all CSI about it and we'll look at a grainy video tape and you'll go "Stop the tape! There! In the left corner! Enlarge that license plate" Then somehow a 3 cm high black speck will become a sharp picture 4000X increased in size with an easily readable license number... I mean scan the page zoomed in on that piece. If I blow up the current pick right now it will be a grainy mess. I want to see if we can tell how the legs attach. That and I don't have photoshop at work.
  8. No one said they were making all of those. But we really wish they would. But first I want my damned YF-19. Me too, but if they to make those, what would be their sizes? (For the 4th time, but with specs please!) Caught me before I could edit my last post
  9. No one said they were making all of those. But we really wish they would. At 1/100 scale for all of them think equivalent 1/72 VF-1 size. Maybe a little smaller for the VF-4 and -11. That's why 1/72 VFX-2 valks would be preferred, but I can live with 1/100. But first I want my damned YF-19.
  10. You know what's crazy: that most of these 7 pages has been devoted to wether the damn thing is canon or not, which we all know it is, yet continue to mention. Where are the sculpt opinions? Hopes? Criticosms? How many are you going to buy? What price do you think it is? Is there anyone foolish to think whis will be less than $150? What smoldering heap that was once a MG Gundam (or other 1/100 model) will you pose it standing on top of victoriously? Will it be supported safely on one of the acrylic stands in shuttle mode?
  11. Can someone zoom in on the undercarriage shot, particularly the front gear area and behind the head?
  12. The heatshield is built into the chestplate on the VF-0, so there really should be no need to do a canopy swap. All that needs to be swapped is the nosecone/forward part of the fuselage really. You can tell that those are different looking at the pics, and also it does kind of look like the legs are attached to a bracket that in turn attaches to the back of the 2nd nosecone, with a ball joint at each end of the bracket. Does this mean the legs are actually one piece? In a way like the 1/48 leg bracket, just it comes off. With that, the big hips are needed to support the ball joint. If that's the case then I like, and can forgive the bulky hip. IIRC, Graham said before the head comes off so you can get the legs off. Having a bracket the legs attach to explains that. If they are attached to that bracket to begin with, that makes hooking them onto the underside quite easy. That would make the legs more stable than the 1/60 VF-1's easily, too. Assuming of course the bracket attaches securely to the fuselage in fighter/gerwalk, and also the 2nd nosecone in battroid. I hated attaching the legs in gerwalk on the 1/60 VF-1's. The big downside to a small bracket like that though is it's durability. How easy will that break? Hopefully be fine though. I want to see the undercarriage of this thing in fighter close up. This is the guess I made some pages back.
  13. Gorgeous. There's still no way I'm getting Max and Millia's 1/48's, but gorgeous none the less.
  14. 1/72, 1/100, I don't care, as long as they make a VF-4, VF-22, and the others. I'll snatch up every one. Even at 1/100 the VB-6 will be massive. 30cm. tip to rear, not including the sheer girth of this thing. If Yamato wants to do 1/100 then fine, we'll same some money, though 1/72 would be preferable. I wouldn't ment spending 40 bucks on a 1/100 and actually buying two or three of each though. Who am I kidding, I would buy two or three at 1/72 as well. I would guess the Monster will go for around $180 off hand. I'm sure they want as many copies sold as they can, so I doubt they'll make it cost more than a 1/48 VF-1 w/Fast Packs, especially since the size is comparable. I'll buy two. I really hope this is just the beginning, now that there are not many VF-1's left to make. Yamato has to do something to fill that void after the VF-1 is finally done.
  15. If it's listed here it's canon. Not to mention being in the Design Works, and stated before elsewhere that Kawamori originally wanted the VB-6 in Macross7, but didn't have it ready in time or something to that effect. Back to topic, I am so excited about the VB-6, but I still feel the shadow of neglect regarding the -19.
  16. I bet Valkyrie is pissed off right now. Though the resin will still kick ass. There's no way I would have ever been able to put it together though myself, so this is a sigh or relief.
  17. 30cm Shuttle Mode=bliss An actual Koenig Monster. Kick ass, I am so amazed at this. I wouldn't have thought they'd actually do it, and the shuttle sculpt look gorgeous, I can't wait to see more modes. I will have multiples of this baby. This unfortunately leads me to my next point, not to kill the joy or anything. Two brand new sculpts from scratch. VF-0 and now the holy crap almighty VB-6! So.... Where in the bloody hell is the YF-19 This excuse against the VF-4 or SDF-1 just went out the window. But first the -19 must be finished. Side note, I am also extremely excited about that Starscream. Transformable and Posable? I must see more on that thing in the Other Anime/SF forum.
  18. The Abh Empire designs from Crest/Banner of the Stars are among my favorites. They knew how to build a Star Fleet.
  19. I admit I was very tempted when I saw it listed.
  20. That Perfect Zeong's a monster! MG Zeong was big enough, but this thing can wrestle a Perfect Grade. One question though: What's with the big sword? Why didn't it have a giant beam saber? Hopefully they make a conversion kit version for existing MG kits, or a HGUC version. That'd be cool, though unlikely. I don't want to build a whole other Zeong. Actually, after releasing the RX-78-4 and -5, and the Perfect Gundam I shouldn't have been surprized to see this guy.
  21. I must have an HGUC NT-1. Looks just like the MG. Sweet.
  22. Yeah, welcome to MacrossWorld! Tell your friends! Have them sign up and buy some boxes too. Now someone scan some more M+ images to play with so we can finish that box! We also need scans of the red and blue pyramids. I've put the best test setups that I can at this time with what I have, minus stiill needing the pyramids. The 19/21 cg-ish shot just didn't blend very well with anything so far. So far there's this one: And this one, which could be done with either one of each pyramid, or the same one on both sides. These are the best images out of the ones I scanned. Some actual Sharon images would again be a big help.
  23. Arcee Pics, Enjoy! If there wasn't a gaping hole in the center of her chest to accomodate that neon crap I might have been interested.
