I used a new proxy for my TV supers and they came thru with only 500yen mark up, thus this time round am going to use them again -
I think they will fix the nose cone issue in the new bundle, as the other VF-1 releases fixes those issues, as for the pilot being loose, did they fix that issue with the VF-1A max?

Thought the amour itself has a grey visor head for those whom have a VF-1J already, the only upside i can think of getting a new 1J is that they fixed the nose cone issue the 1st 1J have, which is the peg didnt hold it in place well enough, which they fixed in subsequent VF-1 releases

Also if I am not wrong, TV version has red tipped missles while DYRL has yellow tipped missles.

Did anyone caught the battleships that were used in the sea fight scene, throughout the establishing shots you only see carriers and crusiers, then suddenly there is a battleship, I mean I though the US navy stopped using those already?

I did hear some people saying that the 262 have the thumbs broken off when transforming back to fighter mode. I too transform it thru all 3 modes once and back to fighter where it sits now

Interestingly, I have 3 of these sets which I don’t use much now, I think I bought them off some chinese website that has since stop producing these, I wonder how close are they to the real missles that came with the 171 armour set

Its nice that the left wing doesnt pop out this time, but I have issues with the vertical stabilizer popping out a lot and the right intake side cover pops out very easily Other than that, this is yet another beauitful piece.

The problem is, the resale value of the 1D here in Singapore is pretty bad, and no one from the US wants to buy my stuff due to the high shipping

I hear you man, I myself couldnt justify buying the whole VF-1D for the fan racer, so I didnt, I know I will regret that decision, but at least i saved some money

You can use DEjapan, I used them to get my TV supers, I paid 8800yen for them when I 1st ordered, they charged me 600yen fees and 1800yen EMS shipping to Singapore, not sure if they can do other types of shipping, but you can always email them. They are very responsive and I was surprised how little on top of the actual price they charged me.

This is a VF-1J, it does not come with the extra piece like the Roy VF-1S, at this point I am more worried the stand might break one day

I have been displaying my VF-1J in fighter mode on the special display stand at 30 deg right bank sinc eI 1st got it, yesterday my tv supers finally arrived from dejapan and I went to install the parts and put it on the same stand with the new attachment piece and I realized that my stand seems to have twisted a bit and it not has a 5-10 deg bank to the right. Were the stands shipped straight to begin with?
