Same here, as long as the toy is in perfect condition, I don’t really care about the box condition. If i knew there would be issues getting my copy, I should have snatched that toy when the girl at tamashi showroom was replacing the mock up with a factory smaple back when I was in akihabara last novemember. Haha

I am not being dismissive, but there is new evidence that HG might not have the rights to macross character depiction, just saying that, that is good news for the future for big west to start marketing stuff outside of japan. Relax, not saying you are wrong, just saying good things might be coming for the future of macross for fans outside of japan. That said, maybe its On big west being not interested in marketing these shows/merchandise outside of japan that is the cause of the lack of anything outside of japan than what HG is doing that is why we have lack of anything macross outside of japan.

Last I heard HG never had the rights to the depiction of the characters to begin with as tatsumoto did not owned those rights. That said, even if they had the rights to the original macross, that has nothing to do with current macross and the new vf incarnations

The only good thing that came out of this debacle is that I somehow managed to secure a MIB VF-31J kai at 28k, a valk that due to the lottery system was resigned to not have. As luck may have it, i saw it searching for the VF-31A And as everyone else was distracted with the price soar on the VF-31A, the J kai wasrelatively unnoticed

Seems like only I got the mid may response, haha As for the batches theory, as this is a TWE and not a regular release, do you think the same rules apply for this and the Quant? Just curious Al in all I just want my toy, it would suck to just get a useless store credit refund (with its many absurd rules that come with it), if that happens, it will be time for me to call the credit card company and explain the situation and hope to get my money back.

Hmmmmm, I was wondering this, did any pf you whom got their’s shipped by NY ever cancelled an order before for whatevr reason? I was looking at my order history and noticed I did cancel 2 orders from them but I did so on the same day that I ordered as some months I could not afford a toy thus I cancelled. It got me thinking if they only shipped to customers that had never cancelled an order before 1st thus skipping some whom ordered on the 6th. Just a theory

Wanted to get my funds refunded form noppin and I thought I go look see what yahoo auctions had since I had 42K sitting in it, found a VF-31J kai for 28K and got that instead, its not really something I thought i would get but since I did not have that valk much as well. At that price I think it was an ok buy. Lets hope that NY's shipment really got delayed by bandai like that other scalper that got his only on the 13th of April and let the good news roll in. Update: My wife got her counterpart in Japan to contact NY regarding the issue and the person that corresponded is non japanese speaking and stated that they think they will get their shipment in Mid May from Bandai. I guess we all have to wait till then for our stock.

If They cancelled it after a day I have no problems with it, but this idiot cancelled it within a few hours of the bid being won, he didnt even wait a day. Proxies take a while to pay, as they have to verify they received the funds that I deposited,anyway these idiots were just impaitient, nothing more nothing less

An update on my auction fiasco, seller says I did not pay immediately, and thus cancel it and reauctioned it, this idiot couldnt even wait one day for the fund s to get to him? It takes around 24hrs for noppin to make the payment, he cancelled it in less than that time. i have instructed the proxy to leave negative feebaclk about the seller. Again I must stress, what the frak is wrong with the current generation of Japanese, it seems that they have now a culture of honourless and impaitient brats. As i said i will just take it as a sign that the universe does not want me to spend more money than I should on this toy.
