I bought 2 extra strike packs (1 in haste and 1 in accident) when I was told by AE that my order was in april, but they shipped it in dec, so I now have 2 extra strike packs (still sealed in their brown shipper box) that I want to let go at cost price (slight markup due to buying from fromjapan) if anyone is interested PM me. Thank you.

I am excited by the legios as it seems to have the nicest form in fighter mode compared to the other offerings from other compaies, it will be my 1st mospeada toy as I have not much self space left to get another franchise to display, though I have been a fan since when I watched the anime locally when I was a kid. I do hope that there will have no issues with the joints as reading all the issues with the ride armour has been worrying.

I think you are right about the size of the toy by the toy line, it just so happens that the size is similar to the scale thus the confusion. As for GFFMC, I think its similar to 1/100 scale, will need to compare my bro’s GFFMC unicorn with his master grade and see if there is a size difference or its the same thing with added metal parts -
Aside from premium build, metal build gundams are in the 1/100 scale while metal robots are more towards 1/144 scale, but I could be wrong. The only metal build I will get from iron blooded orphan series is the gundam bael, for some reason I like that design

The laevatein I would understand the poor sales due to it not being much different to the 1st version, as for the arbalest, I was surprised by the poor sales, I even paid proxy price for it as I missed the initial PO and thought it would be hard to get being a metal build. I too got 2 gernsback to round out the squad, I would love a metal build codari too, but if it is true that this is the end of the line for this series, I would be sad. But my wallet will be happy.

No I am talking about the limited edition stand that came with the VF-1J Btw you can put the strike pack with valk on that stand if you omit the arm armour parts, I wast just trying to see if I could still mount it on it, but I realized why not many people have tried it, in the banking position, the stand is at the tipping point and will fall over if you breath on it. Anyway just want to see what it look like. Will probably keep the strike packs in battaloid mode

I put the strike packs on the VF-1J with the banking flight stand and it was barely holding up the wt in a bank and could topple anytime, it also flexed a bit, not sure even if I counter balance the stand with a weighted base is worth it, don’t want it to break

After all the emails to and fro with AE about why I was bumped to april, now when I check my account its now there. Not sure how to feel about this. by the way I ordered on the 6th of june for a single unit, so I should have been told that mine is in dec, so why they whole April thing, plus not so friendly emails.

Well i ordered mine before the second batch was announced from AE and AE still put me in the april batch citing I was ‘not fast enough’ to order. I somehow think they thought they had enough time to put in the order and made that mistake and is blaming it on us, whatever the case, this is my last order with them, I prefer my vendors to be honest and apologize if they are at fault instead of pushing the blame on their customers That said I am running out of vendors I can trust for TWEs.

I think they have a ‘private warehouse’ like HLJ, but they do put a notice that if items are kept till a certain time frame else it will be discarded, I think you can ship them as one parcel, currently I have 2 items I used buy it now feature from them. Will let you know in a few days time if I manage to ship them together.

To me, this whole VF-1S have been a crap shoot, 1st I couldnt get the VF-1S on preorder or release, then when I thought I ordered ‘fast’ enough to get the dec back of strike parts I am not. I don’t mind waiting for april batch frankly speaking, I just hate the response I got when I asked, seems like NY’s customer service is improving, if they at least responded in that manner, my 1st respond from AE was a 2 word answer, ‘april batch’ , I guess the way they responded set me off and thus began this rabbit hole I fell into. Thinking back, I was sure that it still says dec 2019 when I ordered it, only a day later they changed the date to april 2020, so i thought I was so sure I got mine in dec, so in a way I was kinda shocked to get the april reply now. Maybe they moved someone whom questioned them at the start to dec and they thought that since I didnt bother to ask about it back then its ok to shove me to april, whatever the case, I have already gotten one from fromjapan though abeit inflated price and will cancel with AE when I get it on hand. I am just appalled at the level of service I got and hope they give the full refund as they say they will. I will probably quit collecting if I cannot find a trustworthy dealer for TWEs in future

I asked AE about my order was pushed to april as I was sure I order almost immediately, they replied I was ‘slow’ and others order 1st, then I told them that I know of someone that said they got confirmation that their orders will come in during dec batch and that I know i order before said person, also I did not that their immediate response after that was you can cancel if you want attitude, so I asked if their their full refund is in the money paid or store credit and also said that if thats how they treat their loyal customers I can’t do business with them in future, I got this reply from them ‘we do offer full refund, of course. We find also hard to deal with customers that can just write this to "threaten" us : "then I have to rethink where I should bring my business in future." , especially when a full refund is offered.’ Wow, looks like I have to reconsider getting stuff from them, looks like its biginjapan in future Maybe its just me that they don’t like, or maybe something I wrote rubbed them the wrong way but I don’t think this was the type of response they should be making, I guess these days customer service is no longer a thing

AE just replied to me again, and they said that I was too slow to order even though I ordered it on the 1st day. I thought I remember someone here emailed them awhile back whom I know ordered after me and they told him his is dec batch. So i found it weird to get the I am april batch. Also AE just gave the you can cancel if you want reply in a way that seems very NY to me. Oh well its ok, I guess i will wait till april, by the way does AE do full refund for cancellations? Also what other sources can we get TWEs if I do not use AE or NY.

I sent an email to AE about my order and they just told me that my order is the April batch, I am a bit pissed as I ordered almost immediately when preorders opened at AE. Anyone else got a confirmation fromAE that theirs will come in dec or are all our orders coming in April from AE.

Just a heads up, if you are using HOTAS, you will need to create your own HOTASmapping file, well at least thats what the makers expected me to do, luckily after a few emails back n forth, they provided me with another player’s HOTASmapping file whom used the same controller as I did.
