Thank you! I was thinking, what other Gundam are we missing from the UC timeline in the KAtoki version? The NT-1 but we just had a 2.0 version, everything from 0083 and the 08th platoon, Z Gundam(plus the MK.II), the F-91 and the narrative...I'd love a gundam from any of these shows....

I actually think that most of their prices for macross stuff were completely crazy but i did buy few other items from them and they always proved to be fast and reliable. I am really sorry to hear this too. The death toll with this virus is not only for human beings but also for business, which is also tragic in a different way.

Hey guys, i have an extra 1/48 VF-1A max DYRL that completely turned yellow in the last few years. I don't think i can recover it anymore so i decided to try to make a custom of it. I was wondering if in this forum there is a page or a topic where i can see some pictures of some custom VF-1 so i can take inspiration and don't screw up everything on the first try(i have medium/low skills as a modeler). Or in case if you have some pictures of some custom VF-1 that you really like you can post them here.Thank you all in advance.

Well, NY never failed to deliver an order i placed with them. Sure, sometimes they can be slow but everytime there was some kind of delay i emailed them and usually they were always very kind to explain the problem to me. I think they started to have some more serious issues when they changed something in their shipping process a couple of months ago(don't know the details). Personally the only reason why i keep ordering from them (although i did start to use other websites) it's because i never have to pay any kind of custom fee when getting an item from them, and in Italy it's basically 25% of the price of the goods including shipping cost. You can understand it makes a big difference.

I would go with the YF-21...Don't get me wrong, when the yamato version came out it was a good toy but i am surprised that no company so far attempted a 2.0 version...i mean, except for the prototype Bandai showed us few months ago but i guess we have no news of when we will see a release of it. I also liked a lot the VF-11 from Macross plus and the 1/60 from Yamato was good but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement. Looking forward for a 2.0 version from Arcadia or a completely new version from Bandai. I also hated yamato for not giving us a 1/48 version of a Max VF-1S and Super Ostrich. I hope Bandai will be able to give us a decent version of those two Valks in a 1/48 scale.

Thank you all for the updates. I am not quite sure this is the right place to ask but i would be interested to know what kind of restrictions your country (or state if you live in the US or provence if you live in Canada) has put up during the last few weeks to fight the virus. I have the impression that Italy has adopted the strictest rules after China. I can't take a walk, i can't jogg, i can barely take my dog out to pee but i have to stay as close as possible to where i live... Although i totally agree with social distancing and the closing for most of the business i feel that some of the rules they decided here not only are completely useless but they actually might help you to get infected(no conspiracy theory here, just the stupidity of our goverment), not to mention the fact they are against every human/civil right there should be in the western world. Thanks to all the people who will be willing to share their experience.

That's correct, the manga (there was no anime) was pubblished in Italy a few years ago. The first chapters are great, actually they are really awesome and, for the first time in something that's not a videogame, we can admire the Great Mazinkaiser. The middle chapters were a little bit of a let down but overall i'd say it's a manga worth reading. -
Actually i just think that the Yamato 1/48 VF-1 is still the best looking VF-1 in fighter mode(without super or fast pack). Its silhoutte is still unmatched, even by the DX from Bandai. At least that's my opinion.

Thanks for the update. I didn't think they would have put the postal service on hold, it's basically the only thing that has kept working (and very well too) here in Italy during the quarantine! Anyway, i guess private carriers such as Fedex and DHL are still shipping though, right?

Both of them look really nice! Now it's time for a nice diorama(like the one you get combining the two boxes). I built my Zaku II too and now i am about to finish the Alex. Can i ask you some advice for the Heat hawk? What colour did you use to make the orange so vibrant? It really looks like it's "heated".

Actually it depends on what kind of mask. Normal paper face mask won't prevent you from getting the virus but might help for not infecting other people. There are other kind of masks, slightly more expensive and not so easy to come by, that apparently are able to filter the virus(at least that's what i have been told by doctors and pharmacists).If you want i can find the exact model for you tomorrow.

I agree with you and i really hope to get my items as soon as possible. I am a bit worried about the fact that most of my friends here in Italy haven't been getting anything (i mean, not even shipped) in the last two months or so even for items that were not limited(for example Sigfried Dubhe myth cloth ex from Saint Seiya). Now don't get me wrong, I definitely have more serious problems to think about during these days but...i really want that VF-0D...that's the only item i really care about and would be really bummed if i don't get it or will have to wait for 6 months or so. For all the rest, right now i really don't give a damn.

That's actually the exact same message they sent me when i asked about my Saint Seiya myth cloth queen alraune that was supposed to be released in mid-february...same problem for two different items?? I don't know, it seems weird to me.

Well, Rome seems to be doing very well these days...kinda awkward but so far they seem to be ok. Plus the corona virus SHOULD die after 9 hours on most of the surfaces.
