I agree the colors are bright. But I want a transforming VF-4 so bad that they could put it in a pink box and I would still buy it.

I love the VF-4. I would buy it even with the box design you got going there Sumdumgai .

Thanks Swoosh for the pics. She's a beauty. I think I'm in love. It's going to be a long month until this baby gets in my hands.

Yes my bad (Mira Meas) just because I lived there don't mean I can spell. And I did say it was during the 80's. If any of you know what San Diego was capital of during the 80's . Yes they started bring in the 18's right before I moved away. That and Top Gun moved to Arizona I believe. I saw a lot of different type of aircraft in the 10 years I lived there. One I'll never forget was A F-16 doing practice over the runway before the air-show. He was wiping that thing around like I have never seen before. I swore I was about to see him crash from blacking out. Also watching the SR-71 come in was a good day. It was a kid’s paradise. What was cool was that my grandfather trained on jets at Mira Mare near the end of WWll. He always talked about how when he was going is first touch and go the instructor had to tell him to pull up. When he asked why? The instructor told him because you just passed the runway. He was not used to the landing speed yet.

The F-14 the 57 Chevy of jet fighters I believe. It's the fighter that every one thinks of first even the people that don't know much about Naval Aircraft. It's got a mean and yet elegant look. At some angles the only thing that goes through your mind is I'm in trouble now, and at others all you can do is stare in awe. I lived in Maria Mesa in through out the entire 80's, Home of Maria Mare a.k.a. Dog fighter town. The sounds and sites of the Tomcat were part of my everyday life. I used to work at a trap and skeet range just on the north side of the runway (Maria Mare Gun Club). There was nothing more spine tingling than watching a F-14 coming from training. The approach started over Tit Mountain, wings swept back shooting strait down the runway into a left banking turn, slowing down while wings coming back out. Maybe a touch and go maybe not. I was there when they filmed Top Gun. They did use real F-14's And F-5's in the filming My neighbor actual did some of the flying that you see in the film. I couldn't tell which ones but he flue one of the F-5's they where calling Mig-29's in the film . I have some great memories of flybys and air-shows. I had front row seats every year for the whole week that the Blue Angles practiced before the air-show. To this day I still have to have fan noise to go to sleep because E-2's that use to do touch and go's all night. Anyway the F-14 will always be the image that comes to mind first when ever I talk about fighter jets.

Yes Of all the old 1/60 and 1/72 The Yf-21 Fast pack is my favorite as well. I love the new YF-19 and know I would love a 1/60 yf-21 as well. Two more pics showing how bad I need a 1/60 YF-21 to go with my YF-19.
-
I was just playign around with my 1/60 YF-19 w/Foldbooster and decided to pull out my YF-21 1/72 also. That's when I realized just how bad I need a 1/60 YF-21 w/Fastpack to go with it. I can wait untill after the SV-51 of course. Let the pics speak for them selfs.

emerson check here http://anymoon.com/blog/category/cycloneride-armor/ This is a great source for that kind of info. -
I just got my Megatron this week. Damn this thing is huge. The handle feels a little big in gun mode but other then that I really like this thing. It does have a tendency to have a couple of the pieces fall off during transformation. However because of the design it snaps back very easily. The joints are very tight on this thing and some steps take some force. But damn is thing this huge. Well woth the $100.00 in my book

This is awsome. Please tell me that you will be selling the kits minus the controller and servos. I think you could do well selling thease.
-
Got mine. Here are some pics on my started not near finnished VF-0A to VF-0D.
-
That is the funniest thing ever. I can't wait to show my wife.

For that experiment, Having a daughter I would have to buy the collector barbies that come out. We just spent $60.00 for the Wiz of OZ winkie guard and Winkie monkey to complete her set. And that was a steal. original pricw $30.00. Oh and they where just released.
-
Even if they made one that closer resembled two bricks humping I would buy 1 just to have a Legioss/TREAD that transform and conecte. Let's get one out for sale then if it's not to par let Toynami try to make it better or someone else.

Trying to fix the problem of yellowed parts
robodragon replied to robodragon's topic in The Workshop!
I will try to get some pics. Maybe this weekend. Most of my stuff is in storage waiting for my remodel to get done. I do appreciate all the helpful advice. Thanks -
I am going to try and fix some of the toy I have where the white has yellowed. I don't want to try and hand paint or spray paint them. I found this and thought I would give them a try. http://www.instaoffice.com/sharpie-poster-...0.7.htm#details I got the wide, medium and fine. Has anyone else tried these? If so can you give any feedback? Thanks
