i agree the 2 seaters are crappy. they just dont' feel and look right. but as far as repaints go...I wonder if average joe can approach yamato/BW and ask them to let him make a limited run of 5000 max 1A repaints by pickin up the tab and giving them a percentage or even a flat fee.

have been playin a little with my monster and gotta say wow...i love it. this has got to be my new favorite toy and it will be for a while I think. I would love to see some customs of this and see who the first brave soul woudl be to take this apart. seems like a lot of pin joints so i dont' know how that'll work out. one gripe i do have about it tho...why are the wing boosters smooth and not textured like the rest of the thing? I might add a coat of dull in that area just to see how it looks but it still wouln'dt be textured like the rest. definitely one cool toy...can't wait to play with it some more tomorrow.

i think i should answer the question of if these will ever get made... the answer is yes and no. no, because my original plan was to make one fixed hand and one poseable hand and that's not workin out too well. The parts made were too lose and very flimsy so I thought too many ppl would be unhappy with that so that's scratched. yes, so the new plan is to make a set of 4 fixed posed hands sculpted out of the TV hands. I'm hoping to put in a couple hours each day so I can have them ready to recast within a month. how do you ppl feel about fixed posed hands?

I like them for what they are. and yes I do like to keep one MIB if I can because I think they'll go up in value later. but am I going to sell them...probably not. if I have more than 2, it's probably because I thought it was a good deal at the time and think, "hey I can make that custom." which never gets done so it just sits there. as far as things like McF figs. I dont' like opening the entire series as a lot of them will break on me, so usually I just buy the set to keep MISB and buy extra of the ones I like and open those.

I saw this on JAL on my way to japan in june...or was it my flight back? I can't remember. but anyway, there were no subs but that just allowed me to watch the art itself. and I agree, this was the best drawn SS to date. I have no idea what was going on so am eagerly awaiting the domestic release.

i saw something similar to this and thought custom as well. but man those international shipping rates kill. and after seeing those pics, I'd only pay $5 a piece for those. they look pretty crappy.

yup, those ffx-2 figs are pretty cool, good size with nice articulation. I think pat is referring to the earlier ff7 figs and ff8 figs. those were pretty bad from what I can tell. these new figs are going to rock. can't wait for them. and I don't care what any of you say, bahamut will mega flare the sh^t out of you.

and ppl who want to update but are too lazy to look for the thread! =)
