In the 1/60 line, the VF-0 (A or S) is my favorite. As for a VF-1, I would go for a 1/48. Nora is cool too though IMO. But what it really comes down to is what your favorite one is. Art is subjective and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Get whichever one you like the best. Sometimes that is hard to narrow down. I remember when I was in the market for my first Yamato Valk and there were so many options I did not know what to do. The first one I got I ended up selling a couple weeks later after only transforming once, to get a different one.

Oh, that would suck! I hate all these loops and hoops and hurdles that us non-japanese macross fans have to get through to enjoy this hobby! Damn you Harmony Gold!!!!!

Very interesting. I am very happy because I want the Luca but those pics look strange. Bad lighting, no decals/tampo/stickers, and poor posing, but still promising(?)....

I would guess that the VF-4 and VF-0D are probably the two 1/60 scale PT figures that most of us want.

It is just a matter of time before Azrael locks every thread on here.

I would be happy with a Zentraedi line in the GN-U line. I think the quality is good and the price is good too. I would prefer in 1/60 though to be able to do in-scale diorama stuff with the other UN SPACY mechs.

Yeah Ruskii, it would be awesome if Bandai or Yamato or anyone did up an SDF-1 in the style size detail as those battleship Yamatos you linked to! Cheers to that!

Yeah, the variable glaug in 1/60 scale would probably be one of the coolest toys ever! I think maybe even cooler than a 1/60 PT VF-4.

Well now that you added more choices I have to change my vote. I want a 1/60 Glaug, 1/60 Regult and 1/60 ground crew and character figures for diorama. CMs did a patlabor gashapon with character figures for the brave gokhin line, Yamato should do some for the macross. Imagine having the entire cast of SDFM and of DYRL in little 1/60 figurines for diorama?! Awesome. I would actually prefer 1/48 but it looks like 1/60 won the scale war.

Thanks. Yeah, it is an easy mod. Basically you need 3 regults to do it or one regult and two extra sets of missiles. Take of the "ear" parts and replace with the missile parts and there you have it. Does that make sense? I am a bit hung over so I cant really tell at this point.

I have voted for the Nousjadeul-ger as that is the one that I want them to make, not what I think they will make. I have already placed my preorder for the Defender at HLJ.com, and for destroids, i am sure they will continue to make the Spartan and phlanx. I am hoping Spartan next after defender. EDIT: yeah, I like the DYRL version of the Nousjadeul-ger better than the SDFM version.

The SDF-1 is 1210 meters long (3969 feet) so at 1/60 scale that would be about 20 meters (66 feet). Yeah, I want one of those!
