I wish I could take credit for that pic. It is from Gamu Toys. Sorry, I should have put a credit line. I also wish that I had a Yamato YF-21 and a VF-11, because currently I do not. I do have the GNU YF-21 and a still unbuilt recast Tanmen SD YF-21 though. Someday I will build it. I have started.

Interesting. Thanks for the information. I bought DYRL DVD from some online shop once but it never arrived and they never returned my emails. Unfortunately I forget what shop it was, something I have never seen again so probably some scam artist. Anyway it is good to find more competition online to shop for the best prices. Maybe I will give AE a shot sometime if they have the right price.

Sure but what about the silly smile. I think to just putty up the whole part or take it off and replace with a clear canopy showing the pilot inside. But I would be curious to see other peoples ideas. We could have a "un-frog-facing/smiley-facing the tomahawk" contest?

The figures are the black and white version of the Akira Kurusawa movie Yojimbo gashapon set. The diorama I built with foam core and some photoshoped images spray mounted. Does that make sense? The Yojimbo gashapon I got from ebay. The photos I got from google image search. the gravel was just a high res image of gravel that I turned black and white. The background image was a color shot of a cool looking building in Japan that I desaturated and photoshopped up a little.

I rearranged some toys in my collection last night. I am actually not so happy with it. I need more space, more shelves, so I can space stuff out better, and better lighting...

Thanks again Robelwell202, Yeah, in that pic it still looks like a happy face to me. Maybe more so actually. I "get" intelectually and conceptually at least how it "is" a visor and canons but I can not look at this thing with out seeing a silly happy face. Otherwise it is a fantastic mecha design.
