I get toys to enjoy them so 90% of the time I open them up, play with them, pose them, transform them, put them on display and repose the display from time to time. I did consider selling my V.1 macross valks in order to help pay for the up coming ones and current stuff but they are worth more to me than the amount that I could sell them for. I also like them a lot still. The die cast content has a special nostalgia for me. I love my V.1 Yamatos. I have VF-1J milia, VF-1D, VE-1, and VT-1 and I dont want to part with any of them, especially at such a low price.

Ron, that Glaug looks amazing. I tried to build the same kit and it looks like poo poo. It is a true master who can make gold out of poo.

The distance from F&S to UCLA is quite large and considering LA traffic, almost an impossibility to do both in the same day. I may be wrong about that though. Does anyone have a better idea of the time involved?

Those colors look fantastic together. I like it without the chest and crotch pieces. I keep kicking myself for never getting the stealth 1J. The combination of black and grey is very nice. LOLx2!!

Definitely thank you for the pics. I was not too sure about this going back and forth but now seeing these pics, I love the way it looks and the color choices. I am going to keep my preorder and maybe even add on a second. Very exciting! Does anyone know if they will release an armored Ozma version too?

The idea of having the staking boxes make a big picture is awesome (reminds me of the back side of the garbage pail kids - and that armored VF-1 that they made) but having a picture of AgentOne? Um, no offense brother, but I would rather have it make a picture of... maybe like Scarlet Johanson or Tina Fey.

I think they should go in a completely different direction. None of the Yamato Boxes have ever impressed me greatly. Some are good but none are great IMO. There are a lot of toy companies making fantastic boxes that are very creative and aesthetically pleasing. I think that the Macross Zero line of boxes was better than the VF-1 line. The new ones are not so great. I would like to see boxes from Yamato that still have the filp up but also have some windows shaped well with a neo-chogokin inspiration but with a modern yet clean look. Thier GN-U boxes are better but still not the best.
