  1. That first one reminds me of a Jimi Hendrix poster.
  2. This is such an epic fail that I would not even put it in my collection if someone gave it to me for free. ... Someone would have to pay me to display this fugly POS. That is just my not so humble opinion though. No offense to those of you who like this "thing".
  3. This is awesome! So cute!
  4. I am so glad that some of you are much worse than me. I have not tallied it but it will be considerably less than last year or the year before.
  5. Aside from basic needs, health and happiness I would really love a Yamato 1/60 version2 VE-1 Elintseeker.
  6. Another impressive creation from Ron! Awesome!!!! And thanks for posting the pic here!
  7. When you open with preview and rotate then close and choose save changes that will do the trick. If you wanted to keep your originals then I would suggest copying the images you want, putting in a new folder, opening those from that folder, rotate, close and save changes. That will do it. I am surprised that it did not work for you. You have got to be joking. Mac is the best.
  8. absolutely brilliant! Thank you for sharing your pictures here!
  9. Yeah, I just posted a couple shots from the link. I have nothing to do with this. Though I wish I did. I wish I owned it!
  10. NICE Destroid!!!
  11. The two guys farthest to the left of this picture are the ones that come with the defender. the other guys here are 1/48 scale....
  12. Awesome!!!
  13. The model company Hasegawa makes a lot of different military model kits in 1/48 scale and some of those kits are specifically "crew" kits with just the little figures. It does require cutting, gluing and painting but I got mine from different ebay auctions pre built and painted. Some of the ground crew sets that I know of are: Hasegawa 1/48 U.S. Ground Crew A Hasegawa 1/48 U.S. Ground Crew B Hasegawa 1/48 U.S. Carrier Crew A And there are other model kits by other manufacturers with crew sets in 1/48. There is one ebay member named Falconx58 who almost always has super high quality pre painted crew figures up for auction and I would not be surprised if he would do commisions. http://myworld.ebay.com/falconx58/ Also there is a company called VERLINDEN that makes great military and aircraft carrier accessories in 1/48 scale as resin kits. Do an ebay search for "VERLINDEN 1/48". The Carrier Tow is a great accessory. Also Tamiya models makes lots of great kits in 1/48 scale, some of which may be very usable for a 1/48 macross diorama. Finally train hobby items in O scale can be a great resource too for finding little 1/48 scale objects for diorama.
  14. Thanks ruskiiVFaussie, especially coming from such a genius displayer such as yourself. If you do not have any 1/48 yet then definitely get one. The prices are quite reduced in lots of places. I really love all of mine especially for doing dioramas since there are so many model kits in 1/48 and the train supplies in O scale. The 1/60 V.2 yamato valks are definitely fantastic so if you dont have one of those yet either then those are worthwhile for sure. I would say get both. The size of the 1/48 is really impressive and the sculpt is great. I personally think that the 1/60 v.2 valks have lower leg sections that look too skinny where the 1/48 look nice and manly.
  15. TOTALLY FREAKING AWESOME!!!!!! Thanks for the links! Posting some of the pics from there here...
  16. Some re arranging in the collection...
