Congrats to Graham & Wife on the Kid. It is not every day a new Macross Fan is born! I wish you the best on this new and exiting adventure. Whoa, having kids is got to be something different! On the VF-0, I guess, for Yamato an attractive price point is important in the immediate future. I was sure expecting the VF-0 to be 1/60 so we could have a "holy scale" were every model would keep one escale(a la 1/100 or 1/60 Gundam). IIRC, even the monster is set to be released on 1/60 scale, then why not the VF-0? I don't like it a bit, but since I'm Yamato's biaetch, then I guess I'l buy one of anything they produce for Macross. I was so happy about my 1/48s, and my nearly complete 1/60s collection, but now yet we have include another scale on this now complex equation. So that is 1/100, 1/72, 1/60, 1/48, and on a computer designed VF-0 we can't have a perfect transformation toy? You would think that with today's technology it would actually be easier to accomplish such thing. Anyways, I don't like complaining much, but I don't know why do we have to go back-steps on our Macross collection. Vic.

OMG, that's just beautiful. Vic!

Word. I really like these! ViC!

Please don't let it be a 1:100 ViC!
-
NO way 1:100.... Please, don't let it be Yamato.... At least 1:60....PLEASE at least 1:60..... ViC!
-
The reason is: Transformers are way more popular that Macross. That way product costs are reduced(more people would buy the product) ViC!

I'm not selling the 1/60, they are to hard to part with. Mine are opened, but in the boxes right know. The only one sealed is Miria, and I think I'm going to keep it that way for the time being. It would be really hard to decide if I ever decide to part with them, ViC!

For a second there I though i was going nuts! I'm happy the thread is back on track! I'm hoping for a 1/48 or 1/60 YF-19FP Vic

I can see the "working his ass off", because of a continuity error. BUT(there's always a but ) if you are fixing a continuity error by yet including another, then there is no reason to fix it. I guess what we have to approach is how relevant the error is regarding the story. In other words by excusing the ability to destroy a bigger ship, they included a impossible scene that now is confusing fans 20 years later. IMO there's not such valk. This IS, and CONTINUES to be a continuity error. If you were to ask Kawamori(for instance), I'm sure he would say 2 things: 1.The Budget was limited 2. The deadline was very close My infinite thanks to the animator that tried his best to fix that scene, but this is REALLY a small mistake. ViC!

I just got rid of some viruses myself. Guys check your PC for viruses, they are always running in the background, slowing averything down until you come to a stop. That was me last week. The color on the Max is indeed to light, hopefully they'll fix that b4 production. ViC!

OUCH! I feel your pain. I still have all my 1/60s, and so far one has bitten the dust and broke the backpack hinge. The good thing is that the friend who broke it actually replaced it! I'm sorry to hear about your valkyrie accident. ViC!

Yes they are hollowed, but they are kind'a thick and heavy. Panel lining is "painted" on the fuselage. Hey, for 20 bucks not really that bad. Today, I saw one of the pre-assembled F-14 here at Walmart on the Westheimer/kirkwood intersection(Houston, TX). ViC!

Hikaru type 1S is got to be a Strike. Hikaru type 1A is super. Roy type 1S can be both Is the 1S head with the red markins is so Strike Vic.

Another... If you guys need close ups, let me know. I'll just take a good couple of shots, and post'em here. This F-14 is so big, I imagine that would be the size comparison between the VF-1 and the YF-19. I guess... ViC! Edit in: These are MotorWorks F-14 1:48 scale.

Here, I got these at Walmart. But be very careful, because QC is not really that great. These come in two version: assembled, and disassembled. I returned one of these because it had an imperfection, one the left side where the wing joins the body. It is noticeable from outside of the display-like box, but only if you look very very close, you'd be able to tell. The angle of the pic hides that mistake, but I didn't really want to keep it, because I was always looking at the mistake. I would've fixed it myself, but I would've had to remove stickers from underneath that I wouldn't have been able to replace. It cost me $20.00. Vic.

Oh man, me soooo wants. Wow, they all look great! I think they even look better than the first wave, of which I only own Hikaru and Minmei. How much does these figures cost anyways? I mean the whole thing. ViC!
