As somebody who wasn't collecting Macross when the VF-25s came out, I am excited for this one. It looks sharp and its a huge bonus if I am able to purchase it here in the US.

Holy crap its so great to see news on Hi Metal R Macross stuff! The line isn't dead after all - or at least probably not dead. Count me in for buying all of the new things listed.

Yeah same here. I would love to see this in theater but the single time on a Tuesday night makes it difficult -
So far it looks better than I anticipated and I am excited to watch it. Nothing can ever compare with the original anime, but it looks like they have put a lot of passion into it.

Bandai Hi-Metal R: Dougram series

I dig the addition of vehicles and updated paint jobs on these. Hoping we also get some new Combat Armors too. The Hi Metal R line is perfect for Dougram mecha. -
I added my two cents - asking them to finish the Hi-Metal R line, especially the destroids and Kakizaki + Max. Added that the non transforming figures were the best part of the line and something like a Queadluun Rau would be great too. Also told them I am looking forward to the DX YF-21 that was shown and hoping they do a DX VF-11B as well.

Maybe it can include both TV and DYRL heads so it could be either one. Some of the markings would have to be generic or include stickers though.

LOL yeah thats pretty good. The post office usually stomps on my boxes too for good measure. Fedex generally delivers it to a random house up the street instead of my own.

Received the M&M set that I purchased from the sale. Unfortunately the box was crushed and the box is heavily damaged. I imagine the models are fine but really disappointed the nice collectors box is trashed. Debating if it's worth griping to Calibre Wings... -

Would love to get the Arcadia version of Basara's ride...but I don't want it 55000 yen bad lol. I did preorder the figures from Amiami. Great representations of the characters

I don't know anything about the series, but these are great designs that Hi Metal R is well suited for. Will have to collect them all, lol -
I am still holding on to hope that HMR Macross will continue in time. The other HMR figures are amazing, but they don't seem to be selling out in the way the Macross stuff did. The two packs mentioned earlier would be a nice way to release additional figures.
