    I’m confused and/or forgetful. Wasn’t like 90% or Dutch’s plan to kill the predator based on technologies that NAs would have had access to? The trailer even clearly indicates that they would have had access to scavenged guns/gunpowder.

    The visuals in Avatar were great but as a movie the story was incredibly derivative of a hundred movies before it, the acting was cartoony, and the script didn’t help. It was basically a Michael Bay film in a lot of ways.

    Saw it today. Thought it was dynamite. Passed all the other Batman films for me except MAYBE Dark Knight. The focus on his abilities as a detective were key for me, as well as the inclusion of Bruce as a narrator. That’s such a key component of the comics and so rarely used in the movies or TV.

    Reacher was exactly what I wanted out of a Jack Reacher streaming series. I can’t wait for season 2. Happy to hear rumors that Jack Ryan 3 is coming in the next few months. I’ll binge that one too.

    It’s a cool feature of something moving quickly across the field of view of a multi spectral Recce asset like that. Computer registers the overall scene properly to create a true color image but it doesn’t work for the transitory vehicle. Essentially serves as motion detection.

    Largely smartly though IMO. I’m enjoying the performances of a lot of the “new” versions like Yelena and Kate.

    Already confirmed that Holland and Co are back with the MCU for at least another Trilogy. Makes sense. It’s like printing money.

    So far as I have read we have no idea when this will be on any streaming service. The most authoritative thing I’ve read said that it would be on Netflix in 18 months after release?

    I’m not in any way arguing it’s “the best” but Hawkeye is easily my favorite of the D+ series so far.
