  1. Hmm, we've seen images of Obi in that suit in package, hopefully the 1st releases of the new Anakin and Ahsoka have full articulation. Have yet to pick up an Ahsoka due to lack of elbow ball joints.
  2. I think in the IAF, one variant of the Falcon is called the Eagle.
  3. Hey guys, thanks for the images of high viz Legacy Hornets and F-22's! I really appreciate it. Planning on some custom PTE F/A-18's and True Heroes F-22's. Since the light trim on all the edges of the control surfaces seems to be on all F-22's, I may incorporate them on my custom F-22's. The PTE F/A-18 only comes with NAVY stickers, I wish it came with MARINES stickers for the sides of the engines too, since they are the only ones that actively use the F/A-18D in war-time roles(in US service). Plus, I like the F/A-18D. My goal for these customs is to: Paint what I can Use reprostickers from cobrastickers.com Hopefully they will make some sticker sets in the future with stars and bars, USN, USMC, USAF markings, et al. Right now I am planning to use Moray Hydrofoil stickers on 2 of my PTE F/A-18's, 1 as a regular bird, the other as the CO plane.
  4. Going through it now...whoa did not know Kawamori did the initial concept work for the VF-2SS! Always thought it was Fujita.
  5. Okay folks, now more requests for images: High viz(that look good, not gaudy) F/A-18D Legacy Hornet paint schemes from the Marine Corps High viz(yeah not many) F-22A Raptor paint schemes(I realize these will primarily be on the vert stabs) Also, is there a specific reason why the edges of the F-22's control surfaces are in lighter color than the rest of the airframe? I noticed that the YF-22 was not like that. I want to repaint an F-22 into VF-2 Bounty Hunters colors.
  6. Best things about this movie: IAF in action Soundtrack I didn't like the scenes where the F-16's were shown with ordinance after previously releasing said ordinance. I liked seeing the Kfirs in action too.
  7. Hey guys, what are the most colorful paint schemes for F/A-18A-D Legacy Hornets? Preferably with pics attached.
  8. I don't disagree, the price is something that would turn away fans. You can tell too, because the 11C has been put on clearance more than once during this year. I think angolz might be the best bet at this point, think they have theirs for $145+shipping. That's true, I paid less than $100 IIRC for my VF-1J Hikaru Super Valk bundle from HLJ during one of their sales, same with the VF-1A Hikaru bundle. Also, as far as paint schems, I've always loved Isamu's 11B. Definitely want a VFX 2 repaint.
  9. Check Kmart man, 1st and only place I've seen them at so far.
  10. I'm pretty sure the internal small parts that were molded for the VF-11 are what drove up the cost. The sculpt is deceptively simple from the outside, but inside there is more than meets the eye, resulting in a very well built toy that IMHO, raised the bar for Yamato. The engineering is impressive and the toy is incredibly solid.
  11. If they added those, what kind of price tag would we be looking at?
  12. I would be too, but I don't think it's selling well. Some of the etailers still haven't sold through their stock of VF-11C's and B's, even on clearance. I've love to see a VFX 2 Ravens repaint and M3 Max.
  13. Got the ROTJ vintage Jedi Luke at Kmart. Very happy. The proportions are much better than the last Jedi Luke, which I thought was okay until I bought this figure. Now I see why the other one got so many complaints. Articulation is excellent, ball hinged wrists! Hip articulation is good, does not look funky like the super-articulated clones. I think the full leg articulation works so long as the leg is not armored. Also got the Mandalorian 4 pack. Mandalorians rule! Excellent troop builder set. The main one has 2 armguards(are these communicators or weapons?), and a missle jetpack. Great complements to my Pre-Vizla figure that I got over summer.
  14. It's because the Unicorn has exponentially more smaller parts, far more than the METAL BUILD 00 Gundam does. I think METAL BUILD lacks the GFFMC name because GFFMC was all Katoki, instead, METAL BUILD has Ebikawa onboard for design supervision, the same guy who designed the Gundam 00 and Full Metal Panic! mecha. However as a toyline, METAL BUILD seems like an extension of GFFMC, at least that's what I gathered via translation.
  15. Wow..that is beast, I remember that thing from Iron Eagle III. It looks like it might be a good successor to the A-4 Skyhawk in the Aggressor role. It's small, agile, possibly hard to see, and looks pretty manueverable. Hmm..I wonder if it would do better than the OV-10 Bronco in COIN?
  16. GI Joe Renegades Cobra Premiere Promo GI Joe Renegades Cobra Industries Promo
  17. A kneeling pose where he can be placed near the battroid cockpit hatch or on the chest would be cool. Also the flower girl in the distance, would be a neat nod. Was the sample you handled full of ratchets and detents? I hope Yamato thoroughly manhandles/tests the Fire Valky before final production to iron out the kinks, no V2 1/60 shoulder issues please!
  18. All new, 30th anniversary is 2 years away and an accurate sculpt of the Macross itself is a fitting way to mark the anniversary.
  19. I don't mind the sculpt of the DX VF-25, I love the gloss finish too. I hated how easy it was to scratch the paint off and I also hated how floppy it got after only a short time out of box.
  20. Zeta Plus is in the GFFMC line, in red and a variant in blue. The blue one has splinter camo.
  21. I'd prefer Depth Charge or Space Case. Hell...if a gun is tooled..maybe even Dogfight!
