WEll I think most macross fans in general are drawn to it by the aviation aspect...perhaps this is why this thread is still around, since most of us are military aviation junkies. I like both, but I like how Blaze' capability is more human like than MObius 1. Mobius 1 is godlike in comparison to Blaze. And having a whole Squadron named after Mobius was a bit much too. Don't get me wrong both are cool, I just like Blaze much better. BTW it's implied in AC4/5 that Mobius preferred plane is the F-22. What is Blaze's prolific plane? Scarface in AC2, his was implied to be an SU-35.

Hmmm. More prolific than MObius 1' blue ribbon!!! I dunno lots of people love mobius 1 but I think blaz is better. I mean in AC4 and 5 Namco makes Mobius godlike. In the arcade mode intro theres something about "since your skills outrival the whole squadron, you mobius 1 will take on free eurusea". At least in 5, you start as a team player and build your way up. just MHO. Tornado is just fun as helll to use on scinffaxi. Dodging SAMS and flak is all part of the game and makes it more fun. Especially whjen the BDSP trakes out so much stuff with a parallel shot.

Armor that is great!! Tell me, do polycaps hold the arm up? On another site someone said that polycaps are used on the shoulders. OR is it just a regular shoulder joint? How durable is it?> And can you please post size comparisons with master grades after you are done?

just got some new planes~~~!! or color schemes I should say, F-4E YK=JASDF F-4E color scheme(blue 2 tone like on F-2). F-5E YK=IRIAF F-5E BTW. I just beat it again. And I was wondering...when filling the bar on the F-16.......does that UNLOCK ALL the falcon variants buyable? and to those trying to get the SU-37 YEllow. Try using the FALKEN and ABL. I hear it can hit multiple targets with ease.

well ok. The yamato 1/48 was 14800 yen. Retailers sold it for 140$. Now with the scopedog....in japan and US there is almost a 60$ or more price difference. I know they are for different markets but is the US one going to lack stuff that the japanese one has?

FASTEST navy plane in the game, and hell I'd say most POWERFUL naval bomber in the game as well. ANd it don't hurt to see it in Kieth Ferris colors

well the MG zero custom definitely has some internal skeleton parts and ABS, which the HG kit lacks. Overall if anything I think it will be able to pose more dynamically than the HG and also be more durable.

man I am so all about bandai. Sure the 1/60 was nice but could be way better. 1/48 fixed everything wrong on the 1/60 toywise, but didn't have the solidity or durability or finish of the 1/48. Well this weekend boys after 10 years of waiting and searchin(1994-2004) I FINALLY got a bandai super valkyrie reissue over at nekocon this weekend!! I now I was in love with the 1/48 when I got it last x mas...but man nothing can EVER replace a 1/55!!!!!! I LOVE it!! Makes me want a hikaru 1J and cannon fodder BANDAI now!! i think it looks better wit verts. Unfortunately i am on my 2nd go around,shot down some YF-23s with my A-6E GUNS only, and have yet to see the YF-23 in the buy menu. Also, noticed the YK color scheme for the GRipen is viggen colors!! ANd towards end of game you get BL(belkan) color schemes instead of YK. BL SU-47 is white camo. RZ SU-47 is REAL life black proto color INCLUDING the sharkmouth decals on intakes!!

EXACTLY. The guy who wrote that review was probably just a dumb newbie who thinks dated planes shouldn't be in Ace combat and that teen fighters and above are the best. Does he not the know the A-6 is a BOMBER? The hell? BBTW anyone notice that the Super bug is rated BETTER than the F-14A in speed and other things? I was pissed....since in reality the superbug is slower than even the F-14A. I mean come on. Better mobility yes but speed? Hell no. Least all is redeemed in the F-14D. BTW was the FB-22 concept supposed to have verts or did namco just add those for fun?

HEy Fzerro, how well does the HCM hold up against the 1/55? I mean certainly its more plasticky....but do the joints have good ratchets? Does the quality totally annhilate thqat of the MPC? I want an HCM its too bad the molds were destroyed in a boating accident. And is it true the hips are balljointed?

Hey guys, one of the color schems of the X-02 is a TIGER meet scheme!!! Certainly better than the fruity fairy flower power petal phantom F-4G colors!! F/A-18E yuk color is similar to grey/black/white flanker colors. JSF yuk is similar. Is there an F-14D yuk color scheme in the game of just SP color? F-14A yuk is Iranian color scheme and F-14B yuk is kieth ferris color scheme. I think the yuk colors for the F-14A/B are VERY fitting and well done. Oh and F/A-18C yuk looks like the malaysian F/A-18D only lighter.

I just got the growler and am VASTLY dissapointed at how the ECCMP pod workws. WHat the hell? 5, 6 sexond bursts? To me its a BS weapon and didn't do much. It should have just been supplemental and ALWAYS on with CBU's as the special weapon. The F-4X is awesome, its in the grey 2 tone phantom scheme. The flanker and falcon are SLOW to evolve!!!! And so is the A-6. Try going up against the rhinfaxi in the A-6. What a freaking eye opener!!

that makes me think, if mospeada ain't that popular then we can surely assume southern cross is not even close to being that popularity. We all know it did worse out of the 3 in japan. I doubt HG would make a southern cross sequel and market it to japan along witrh the mospeada sequel
