In the Bay Area Targets it is reported that Target has stopped ordering Alts. Don't know if this is true for other places but dang. Even if they are waiting for GF they can still restock the Alts. Someone who works at target ove at tfw told me its because the DCPI number is changing. SO the number is changing in the comp system and the figures should be arriving for the summer reset.(june)

There is an F-15J Kai? Whats the difference between that and the regular J? Also what does Kai mean in reference to japanese fighter designations? I also wanted to know, which is more durable? Dragon or Corgi? I want something to zoom around the house/apartment, and while I love my dragons, they just seem fragile. The missles can get loose which sucks, and I do not mind molded on missles(like on the corgi's). I hear dragon has the best accuracy(which is debatable considering the bombless mudhen and the numerous mistakes David pointed out on the new sundowner cat), but at this point I want something to mess with, as long as it looks accurate enough, I am down for it. The corgi's look beautiful. I get the impression they feel and are more solid than the dragons and flying mule once said customers usually sent the dragons to the display case and did something else with the corgi's I forget which. Not to mention corgi already has phantoms and tornadoe's...and wait am I starting to light the LIGHTNING?(good god I hope this does not get me to like the MIG-21 which I have forever thought was ugly since childhood)*darn brochure pics!* Also are the matchbox 1/72s good for zooming around the house? Damn super sabre looks mighty nice! And anyone know whats coming in the pipeline later on? IF matchbox makes a phantom, crusader, skyhawk, or any of the teen fighters...WHOA........ Also has anyone else seen the Yatming F/A-18 1/72 diecast? I am wondering if there are more in that series. Motormax has 1/72 Super hornet, A-10 and F-16....anyone know if they got retractable gear or are just standalone with gear down? I prefer either retractable or gear up...planes need to be in flight!

But hey lets take advantage of this. KB toys has the SEED and battlescarred figures for dirt cheap. 3/10$. I got me the red astray and duel. BLue was the same as red just with a gun so I said no. Red is awesome.....duel is real nice too. A ton better than my old MSIA from 2002. Its been a long while since I bought MSIA.

I have mine stickered up but holy crapm yamatos stickers suck. I should have ordered takatoys stickers...heard those things stay on in comparison to yamatos. The 1/48 and 1/60s are beautiful but the stickers peeling on mine make them look semi trashy. Its like a woman wearing caked up pre powdered clumpy make up.

Very true. I wonder if bandai will make a smaller version that is more affordable for casual fans.Nonetheless it looks very very very cool. BTW is the studio or company publishing this anime the same as the one for macross zero? Shin who keeps wishin bandai would so something like this for macross zero.

vlenhoff, workers at target over at tfw2005 said they should be back for the summer resets. They had to make a ton of room for the star wars stuff during the spring reset, and were getting a new DCPI number as well. My local target didn't carry alts for a good month or so and when I came back last week, they had some in. Don't worry, I am sure a big city lke houston will surely get their alts back as well.

and a LOT of diecast!! Anyone remember dancougar?That was just 30$ more. I guess aquerion must be doing super well for them to do this.

Each time I saw shockblast there was only one left. Seems to me that he and grimlock are the ones everyones going for first. Ravage swndle and windcharger seem to have longer shelf lives. I saw shockblast once at target but he was snatched up when I came back a week later, and I saw shockblast at walmart but then I bought him. LOL. Right now I only have 4 alternators:Swipe, Screen, Windcharger and shockblast and my fav is tied between the latter 2.

I like the cockpit on that resin black widow. BTW I saw the BBI 1/18 F/A-18 that knight26 bought at a local hobby store for the first time with my own eyes. It was going for 100$. MY GOD ITS HUGE!!!! I seriuously would not know where to put that and being that it gets uber hot in my apartment, I fear the PVC on that thing would warp like crazy here. Its too big for my existing shelves too. I also saw a yat ming 1/72 diecast F/A-18C. For 24.99 at hungates. It had retractable gear and no gear doors, so the gear kind of sticks out when retracted, looked nice but seriously underarmed for 24.99.

Looks like sparrows MIGHT be able to be fitted in the future..but nonetheless..the tomcat is known for its phoenixes just like the strike eagle is recognizable for its bombladen CFT's...what is with dragon? I like the inclusion of glove vanes...I wonder if they slide out or are just add ons....wait no they slide out GOOD!!! Still it does look good but I understand your dissapointment David. IM gonna wait for the VF-41 bird and the VF-103 showbird to make a decision.

Shockblast is very awesome, I got him last week. Totally recommended. HOnda USA and Honda Japan are 2 different entities unified by name. Technically same company, but different branches(management?). Anyways Honda USa objected to including the drive shaft as a gun and did not want it on the toy since it turned into a gun. Honda Japan didn't care and let takara use it. Simple as that. That plus the metal content and smooth finish make me want to buy windcharger....heres hoping some stores overstocked and I can order one on clearance...hehe. Guess I'll wait for the next animeconvention(usually find binaltechs for decent prices there) or for the next clearance sale at BBTS or other stores. My worry right now is for the prowl alternator....isn't acura part of Honda USA's management? I could be wrong I do not know much about cars. And yes Wheeljack and Shockblast are in the latest case assortment...ravage might be in there too not sure.

mm I figured the typhooon would be chosen but kind of had a feeling the mudhen would again win. I've got a question. Is the F-15K just as capable as the F-15C in regards to A2A? And maybe this was asked before, but in A2A configuration, is the F-15E as effective as the F-15C? They always label it as a dual role fighter....... And also this is for the flight sims and games I play. Okay so the F-15 and F-4 are known as energy or dive and zoom fighters, their main strength is in their dives, zooms, climbs, and essentially speed. But does that mean horizontal turning is disallowed or not advised with those fighters? For example if I were in an F-15 and I was taking on a MIG-17, would a high yoyo be better than a immelman or split S?

There is an obiwan pilot figure coming out later this year. Also the ARC fighter is pretty bad ass. It is likle an z wing, butterfly, and sailboat smashed into one!! Looks totally badass you GOT to get it! Plo Kloon has a starfighter coming out as well but its just the starfighter from EPII done in aquamarine and white stripes.

I thought it was ugly at first until I saw the view from the top. When I realized it was not short and stubby, I fell in love with it!! And graham was the green one selling like hotcakes? See to me the green one is cool and I LOVE gift bundles, but I go mainly for accuracy to the movie or show, and if anakin has it, its a definite must buy for me, if not...well i duno damn gift bundles so tempting!!

Naw. If they are YAMATO STICKERS, they suck balls and will start peeling in weeks or months. Makes my 1/48 look l;ess godly than it is. Yamato and toynamis stickers all suck. I think bandais are the best of the 3 but really the best stickers I have used are on the old school hasbro gijoe toys.
